Wow! What a wonderful experience! We had an early dinner on a Thursday evening to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. It was busy, but we were sat almost right away. The ambiance of the restaurant is the first thing that hit me. It was very dark, but in comforting way. It is a very small place. The server walked us through their choices and we were immediately served. We chose their silver level. The bone marrow and toast was crazy delicious. It was full of umami flavor. It was the perfect way to start off. We ordered the spicy miso and the house broth. Both were great. The spicy miso wasn't too spicy at the beginning, but rather rich and flavorful. It did build on the spice level when it became a bit more concentrated. The house was mild and light. These soups were refilled at appropriate times as well. The meats that were served with this were melt in your mouth amazing and only took a second to cook. The veggie platter that accompanied it was a nice assortment. They also had a serve your self rice/ condiment bar. It was very clean and had a great assortment of sauces. My favorite was mixing the sesame with a bit of soy sauce and spicy chilies. It also included eggs, rice and minced beef. We had three rounds of the amazing meat and finished up the veggies. We finished our meal with the green tea ice cream at the self serve station. It is a bit pricy, but worth every penny in my opinion. I can't wait to come back.Parking: Parking in the lot right in front of the restaurant was available for an early dinner on a Thursday. They also have parking around the back of the building as well.

An all-you-can-eat restaurant with wagyu beef and seafood. The meat quality is very good, and some of the surrounding dishes are also very well done. We chose the most expensive one and got all the good ingredients! The only drawback is that the crab horns are not good. Other seafood are delicious.

This dish is the embodiment of freshness! The juicy, flavorful seafood pairs exquisitely with the rich wagyu beef. The vegetables are equally impressive, offering a crisp, lively, and flavorful experience. Clearly, only the best ingredients make the cut for this meal.

Wow! The price for the Wagyu beef was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality. It was an absolute delight – some of the best I've ever had.If you're looking for a budget-friendly late-night option with exceptional meat dishes, this place is a hidden gem. The value for money is truly outstanding.

The broth is bland (tried all four broth) but the we thought the beef is worth it to buy a membership. However we both had loose bowels after the second visit and I still felt sick today. I’m not sure if it is due to beef, seafood or raw eggs. Are they sterile eggs?

Terrible wait time.

I've dined here twice now and each time has been great! There is a Yelp Waitlist so I would recommend getting on that ASAP on the weekends as the wait can be over 2 hours. Reservations are available as well. There is a strict 90 minute table limit but the food comes out so fast, 90 minutes is enough. $98 Diamond Wagyu package with all the Japanese A5 cuts is so worth it! There is 100% a different in texture compared to the other wagyu as this one melts in your mouth. Plus the seafood platter (which you can customize to only items you want) with scallops and AYCE abalone is well worth the value. For broth, we stick with the House and Spicy Miso and enjoy it! In terms of additional dishes, our must orders include: + Sweet shrimp sashimi - and lots of it! Comes in a set of 2 per order but you can also tell them the # pieces you want + Cold dishes - perfect petite size, the octopus is my fav + Bone Marrow - served with toasted bread but I would just add this on top of my meat or rice + Wagyu Tartare - we typically only order 1 max of these. The accompanied chips are a little off to me + Foie Gras - plays on the sweet/savory

Located in the Camellia corner mall where The Dive, Summer Rolls, and Baekjeong are located along with many other restaurants and a large gym is this ritzy, upscale Shabu Shabu ayce, which offers different menu prices and options. It can be pretty pricey. They offer annual memberships, which bring the price down a few bucks and would be worth it if you love this place. I found it to be okay, but not worth the money. I also think Jazzcat in Arcadia is not only a better deal but also offers much better broths. There are now so many popular restaurants at this mall, that you can expect parking now to always be a nightmare. I don't know how they will ever fix this at this point. There simply are no longer enough spaces upstairs and downstairs to accommodate patrons of the numerous businesses. You will wait for a spot forever. I recommend that you go early to avoid waiting for a table at this place, cause it gets quite busy. Inside is very nicely decorated to give off high end vibes, and even the Basic Set (the cheapest option) has a decent amount of choices in food to order. Service is very fast and generally attentive, but it does get busy, so at times you might have trouble finding your server. So three of us went and you have to share one large pot. You don't each get your own, which is not my favorite way to go. The missus likes to pour seafood in her broths, and I don't like that flavor in mine. The pot was split in half, with a choice of two flavor broths - we got sukiyaki and spicy miso. Neither was awful but neither was very good either. The spicy pork bone at Jazzcat tops either of these. The kid didn't love the sukiyaki at all, finding it way too sweet. The worst aspect of the restaurant is that the tables for four are nowhere large enough to hold the meats, the shabu shabu pot, and any extra side dishes you might order. You feel claustrophobic, since everything arrives at the same time. It's just not a comfortable experience. It's not a relaxed meal, because you need to keep eating stuff to make room on the table. The gyoza and tempura were alright, but not great. The best part is the meat. It is high quality meat. Their dipping sauces aren't that great either. However, the meat is the stand out. Unfortunately, when you don't love the broths or the dipping sauces, and the tables are uncomfortable to eat at, it's not the kind of place I want to go back to. Keep in mind, most people love it from the lines to the reviews, so maybe you'll feel differently. For now, it's back to Jazzcat for me.

I have been here twice and both times have been positive. We get the AYCE. The meat quality is great here. Mixed with the spicy miso broth and wow, probably one of the best shabu places I've gone to. Makes it even better that it's in the area. It is located in a high traffic plaza so be prepared to have patience to find parking. Both the top and the garage area can be filled up quick. Also make sure your whole party is there before you can get seated. Then you'll have a max time to arrive together before they give you spot away. Wagyu, tartar, seafood, bone marrow, foie gras and more, you definitely can't go wrong. You also get ice cream and milk buns! So good. Service is also good. Unlimited refills on drinks. Clean looking place and great atmosphere here. Definitely would come again as both times have been great. Can't go wrong!
