I just left this subway and it will be the last time i stop here. Service is horrible. The spanish ladies working hardly speak English and are very rude. They were listening to music very loudly also. I ordered the all American club toasted and i got home and the bacon and meats were cold. So do yourself a favor and go to another subway.

Sunday August 13 7:40 pm the worker with red hair is the rudest worker I've ever seen at this subway. Basically tossed the sandwich together , and was very stingy with the ingredients. Literally 4 pieced of lettuce ,had to ask for more and she added 3 more pieces. The quality of this subway went down a lot. Will have to find another place from now on.

This is a good Subway. Their sandwiches seem a little fresher tasting than other stores. My order last night tasted good. I gave it 1 less star because they switched the bread between my 2 sandwiches. It was a big deal because one bread was the jalapeño and the other was just Italian. I cut the tops off each and switched the bread to make it right.

Customer service was absolutely horrible, they did not greet myself and my mother when we walked in. We've been going to this particular subway for years and never had an experience like this. My mothers wrap was not wrapped properly. The bread taste stale. I have no idea what happened to this place. We are no longer going to that location.

I am giving them 2 stars because we did get our order right. When my daughter and I walked in there, no one greeted us. There were two woman working and they both looked like they were in bad moods. I asked for an extra small slice of cheese because the girl only put one lil thin slice on my 6 inch sandwich that I asked for and she had the nerve to say it will be extra charge. Now I understand the owners probably nickel and dime everything but come on! She saw that cheese barely cover half the sandwich, she should have done better. So, by me doing that it put the younger girl into her feelings and had a bad attitude while ringing us up. She did not tell me what came with the kids meal that my daughter ordered until I had to tell her to tell me what she got with it. Just HORRIBLE customer service here. People!! If you don't like your job, find a new one. And... If you don't like your job don't be a stickler with the cheese when it doesn't come out of your pocket! DO BETTER!!

Worst subway experience I have ever had. The person serving me seemed genuinely upset that I was ordering a sandwich. She threw my food onto the bread argued with me about how much of each vegetable I was allowed to put on my sandwich. I was genuinely shocked at just how miserable and unhappy they were to be working. Try another location as this one has the absolute worst customer service around.
So SO SORRY for the owner of this subway. Came here yesterday at 4:00 pmThe 2 Latina ladies here were looking at us with a bad face They don't have knowledge of costumer service They don't speak English that's fine but the way they treat us. I asked for a 6" breakfast sandwich and she put only one egg. I used to work at subway so I know that It was 2 eggs for 6" and for foot long 4 But she said No it's only one, at the moment that I told her That I used to work at subway she said oh yes Comes with 2. When I was paying she was charging me $12 dollars for a sandwich only AND IT WAS A 6" Wth? In the banner said that the combo is 6 dollars So I asked for the combo and for a small drink it was $11.50 and medium drink $10.00 NEVER COMING back You guys should train people well so they can give a good costumer service.. trash..

Walked out without ordering. After watching how rude the girl was to the man in front of me I decided to just leave. As I walked out the same lady stared daggers at me? I live close by and had a bad experience last time I went but thought I would give it one more try because I like Subway sandwiches.

Rude worker not the Mexican older lady she was actually nice. Her co worker was rude so I was rude back she did not like my attitude but hey she started. Don't know why she was in a bad mood and I don't really care what I do know is that if you are having a bad day don't take it out on the customers !! Will not be returning that for sure.
