12/27/25 Got a HAT gift card for Xmas. Tried to use it at this location and they said they couldn't accept it due to their system not ready setup to take it yet. Ridiculous. One really pissed off customer...
2022--Ordered my usual Chili cheese fries...noticed the quantity amount they usually give has decreased by 25%. I also asked that my fries in my order to be cooked well done. Found out that didn't happen when I got home. Not going back to this location for a good while. Will give 2 stars.

Manger here is garbage. Doesn't know what the hell he is doing..number on ticket was 83. He yelling out 22. How am I suppose to know thats my order if my ticket says 83. Wasted my whole damn lunch waiting for some chilli fries. Never again.

BEWARE OF DRIVE THRU SPEAKER in Temple City. Loud and scratchy noise worse every visit. Mgr says they tried to fix it, but my ears and head hurt after giving order. Wear headphones or earplugs if u have sensitive ears in drive thru. I like the hot dogs, lemonade, pastrami, and avocado sandwich.

Bathroom was clean and smelled good despite the frequent traffic. I have never had anything but pastramis and fries from the hat but the turkey burger was recommended by my aunt.
I am not a fan of turkey or turkey burgers but I tried it anyway. It was delicious and juicy. Probably the best burger I’ve had all year.

Classic pastrami dip spot that never disappoints. The sandwiches are huge and dripping with flavor. Fries come in massive portions, so one order feeds two people. It’s always busy but moves fast. Nothing fancy, just great old-school food.

Food is great but avoid the drive thru at any cost. Came here on a Friday night with 3 other cars in front of me and it took me around 49 minutes from getting in line to paying for my two items. These folks must be cooking with the heat radiating off the palms of their hands. Through my experiences, ordering inside is much faster no matter how packed. The drive thru just seems to be neglected half the time. DINE IN!
