“I have always loved this restaurant and consider it one of the areas best, but I have to say that their prices have reached the point that’s just too much. I know for many, it doesn’t matter. Maybe it’s what the current administration has done to our economy, but prices here have skyrocketed in the past few years, and, as good as it is, I have to say goodbye. For example, not that long ago their simple but wonderful Choriburger was, I think, $9.99 … now it’s $20.99! Even breakfasts, arguably the least expensive of meals, are no longer affordable. Very sad, but, adios.“

“Decided to try Italian on our recent trip to Paso Robles and we were thrilled with our selection. Started off with the Carpaccio tartufo which is a beef tenderloin with parmesan fonduta with shave black truffles. It is to die for. The raw beef melted in your mouth and the sauce was absolutely incredible. Since we were going Italian, we had to go with the pasta. I had the Fettuccine salsicca which was homemade pasta with pork sausage, fennel, fresh tomato, herbs and white wine. There was an empty plate when I was done. The portion was just right. Not too little, not too much. The service was as good as it gets and the ambiance was exactly what you'd expect if you want a great date night.“

“We had a great dinner at Etto Pasta Bar recently for my moms birthday. This was my second visit and both times we had a wonderful experience. Their back patio is adorned with colorful wall paintings and a beautiful waterfall feature [which is helpful in drowning out other guests, but still allows you to hear the people at your own table] - it sets a fun and peaceful ambiance. Our waiter was great at checking in on us and the staff even took the time to bring out a bin of fuzzy blankets that we could choose to use - they were nice when the breeze picked up later in the evening.Our food was delicious, and we ordered an array of different dishes. My choice was their pesto pasta which was not overly salty (which I prefer) and it left me feeling full (even with the choice of going with their GF spaghetti squash alternative). Each of the other dishes looked expertly crafted with fresh pasta ingredients and lots of flavor. Additionally, they gave my mom an array of birthday desserts to choose from - she went with their Tiramisu which was light and delicious.Overall, we had a great experience and it was nice to have another restaurant to choose from as we're so limited in our County. This would be a great birthday spot or an easy date night out - bonus points for being in Tin City next to plenty of other easy to walk to spots for dessert or a beer afterwards!“

“A very popular restaurant and reservations are recommended. The service was friendly and very good throughout our meal. I ordered the seafood fettuccine and it was amazing! Fresh sweet shrimp, yummy scallops, fish and baby clams & mussels! Soooo good! My husband ordered the lamb but it was just OK. The Burrata salad was very nice as a starter. They serve fresh bread with a Kalamata olive tapenade while you wait for your food to be served. We had a couple of cocktails that were done very well. A cucumber martini and a Negroni.“

“We weren't expecting how delicious this place would be as the location and lighting isn't exactly what you're expecting from a top notch eatery. We've been a few times now and leave so satisfied. Would like some more options on the white wines by the glass and a larger table would be great. We'll be back frequently as the food is fantastic.“

“A great Family atmosphere with a very personable families Son, Max along with the rest of his family on billboard video. Sports Bar Indeed! I've returned again to get a To Go Order this time. Max was there and customized my order to exactly what I wanted.“

“We stopped by to try the place out for dinner service and ended up getting a few mocktails (purple emperor and island vibes) and appetizers (bruschetta and pork belly) with a tiramisu to finish things off. Immediately we felt very welcomed by the staff, and were seated promptly. Our server Desi was very attentive and had great recommendations, she really made us feel safe trying something new. The pork belly had such a nice texture and the mocktails all felt very unique as well, we will definitely be back for a full course.“
