Fabulous tasting with very knowledgeable staff and some special time with the owner and winemaker. One of only a few Paso Pinot Noir grape grower. We bought 2. Their Grenache was a nose pleaser with notes of anise we’re bought one of those too. Learned a lot more about the region and the climate and diurnal cycle that allows them to grow Pinot.
A MUST stop location set in the Adelaida District outside Paso Robles! Fun, tasty, beautiful, and educational! John took us on a journey through the vines to fermentation to our palates and we were not disappointed! The views were stunningly picturesque! Large garage doors open up the tasting room to place you smack dab in the middle of the vines! We went at Christmas and one could not help but feel they were in the heart of a hallmark Christmas movie! Do not miss!!!
