Customer service is horrible, for a customer facing retailer. Cashier and barista weren’t polite or courteous, didn’t offer alternatives and didn’t even let us know our drink was ready. Drinks were TRASH, too watered down but extra sweet. Nothing like other locations. As a long time Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf customer, I was highly disappointed at this location.

Saw a review that complained about the quality. For this being in the middle of nowhere, was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't terrible. Better than a scooters, maybe similar or one notch below starbucks depending on what ya get. Whoever is talking about the ice tasting bad and quality, get over yourself!
