“The absolute bestest ice cream ever. My first time eating at a b&r was 50 or so years ago. I used to get a free birthday ice cream as a kid. I would always be excited the closer my birthday would get knowing what my birthday dessert would be. Yummy. Back then my fave was chocolate. Today it's chocolate mousse royale. Delicious.“

“I went in today and ordered two shakes. The first shake made was like water the consistency. The employee added more to the shake by dumping it in the blender and ice cream. Still wasn’t quite right. I ended up throwing away when I got home. Second shake was blended well, but it just seemed like some inexperience by employee. However, I will say very nice and wanted to do a good job.“

“Everything was great except for one thing… THE HEAT. It was swelteringly hot inside when it was cold outside! Never been somewhere that has been so hot. It was like 20 degrees hotter inside than outside. Fortunately the ice cream was cold. The employee (bless his heart) was incredibly nice and helpful. When we asked about the heat he said “we’re not allowed to turn on the a/c”. It’s seriously not okay to have any employee work in that type of condition and it makes it un enjoyable for the customer.“
