El pollo loco is great food. Fresh and simple. Restrooms are almost always clean. There's always an open table to sit if your eating there .

Today I went to buy a twelve-piece combo and the cashier looked very upset and stressed, there was a man before me who was treating him very arrogant, Then I passed by and ordered, but he is not nice at all in his answers, I had to wait for my order and I realized that this is how he treated all people, the truth is not pleasant that stressed people attend you, one expects that they are friendly and answer you with kindness and a pleasant customer service

Haven't been to this location for over 3 months for a reason. You definitely don't come to El Pollo Loco for the customer service. Main reason I stop coming to this location is the terrible service. Today will be my last most definitely. I already deleted my El Pollo Loco app. Between the potholes at the front entrance, and the terrible drive thru speaker box. The only words the employee interacted with me was the price and if I wanted salsa. If you want dirty looks and terrible attitude with your food, come to this specific location. Between Angry Chick's, Zankou Chicken, Chick Fil A, Wing Stop, why even bother coming here. I'm sure management will respond with a generic response about sorry for your terrible experience. At the end of the day, your business always reflects how you treat your customers! Hope corporate actual cares and does something with this location!

This restaurant is such a joke that I got my first salad delivered with no dressing okay no problem so door dash reordered. So I’m already super hungry. Next one comes and oh no dressing. So I call and ask if they’re out of dressing and nope. The best they could do was….. next time you come in we will give you extra dressing. This el pollo is a joke.
