Everytime I go in, there is only one person in the meat department that treats customers nicely. I've also noticed that they have been mixing the taco meat with ground meat. I feel that everytime that I go shop there, mind you I spend a lot of money here almost every week, I feel that they are discriminatory and rude with their own latino people like myself.
Very Mexican and that's what's so great.
Way better tacos or burritos than any other place, period!
Great place to get meat and other groceries. The workers are very friendly and will take good care of you! Shout out to the guys in the meat department. I don't know their names but I see them every weekend.
We tried carne asada fries for the first time. It was incredible!!
One bite, more delicious than the next. Fries, meat, cheeses, guacamole. Absolutely delicious!!
It’s good! Standard food worth the price! Not very expensive and is made very quickly, I barely had to wait. Basic satisfying tacos can’t complain.
A tiny but mighty market! The prepared foods are delicious and served in generous portions.
The meat counter is wonderful and ample. Great for staples and a big variety of hot sauces.
Wow, they should change their cashiers, they're not very friendly, apart from how expensive they are... and I'm aware that everything has gone up, but there they exaggerate
This place is an amazing hidden gem in Thousand oaks. Latino market with everything you can need from Pan dulce to fresh produce, to an amazing market. The best part is the kitchen making amazing food in the back. It's definitely a must try spot.
I would put 0 stars if i could. I specifically asked for a mild burrito, that doesn't mean load up my burrito with pico that contains serranos! I couldn't eat my food because it was extremely spicy and the manager refused to do anything about it! Not a remake nothing! I told her if I knew you put serrano's in the pico I would've asked for it on the side! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT HORRIBLE GUEST SERVICE I wasn't even upset but all I got was "We're Not Going To Do Anything About It!" I've been in the restaurant industry for 30 years and NEVER would I treat a customer this way! NEVER AGAIN!

I never take the time to review anyplace but I'm hoping this review will help someone else not to get robe by this store. I bought raw carne asada (aranchera) on October 11,2024 around 4:30pm. They asked if I want my meat marinated and I said yes. When I got home, I decided use my scale to weight my meat since I felt I had payed almost $28 for very little meat. When I weight the meat, the meat weight almost 700grams less then what they labeled and charge me for. I called the store and asked to speak with manager or owner, I tried multiple times and they never put me throught . I spoke with Fernando but he's just an employee there. I'm hoping this review will help other avoid get robe by this store.
This place is horrible, I came in for food and the cashiers were horrible, very rude , I was wondering why, then, the owner comes in and he is just a very disrespectful and rude person I will never go here again , I Found a better place , Latino meat Market , the staff is great and the owner amazing!
Fresh produce and lots of options for a small market. That was a long line for their cooked food. I haven't tried it but the line was convincing.
In market kitchen making fresh tacos , tortas, burritos etc with outdoor (only) seating.Great food, good prices.
Very bad experience... I bought moronga and they deceived me, it's only soy, God knows so ? it's very bad that they deceive people.
