Iron Grill Mongolian BBQ

They say on the google website that it is ALL YOU EAT. It is not. I even ask the guy taking the money and he said yes. After I finished the first round I went up to get round 2 and was told No. it was not all you can eat. I even had a chat on the phone with the owner. He would not honor it. Won’t be coming again then.

Awful, all the food is frozen and they are not generous with the portions, works don’t care they just rush, and it’s like they are trying to scam you. I would recommend any other food it the court as they at least care and don’t just rush.

Came here to try the all u can eat and when I went to counter for 2nd serving he started to ring me up again. I asked "I thought it was all you can eat" like is says he said no. Feel ripped off- not happy. I could have went to 2 other Mongolian BBQ places that are all u can eat in TO and Simi.

The food is good and the portion is just that I was surprised to see a cockroach hanging around in the sauces I even had to tell the employee that a cockroach was there I was already putting on the sauces I was regretting eating there but I already paid for it modes yes
I get sick of the style and I know where I ate. More careful. ? With that, thank you but I think this is the last time I eat there. Sorry….

Food was phenomenal and the portion was large. I see some other reviewers complaining about the staff but the staff I dealt with was just fine. You'll notice no negative reviews are really about the food and that's for good reason it's fresh and as customizable as you make it. Definitely the best in the food court.

I like this food but the two workers from today they’re so rude there was no one on the cashier the cook was so rude he was talking bad words I think because he just cleaned the grill and he got my order I don’t care about his life I just wanted my food I’m paying for it it’s not free he’s getting pay for his work it’s not my fault if he’s not happy please fix that on this place food is great ?

Service was terrible, no one at the register to take our order for a while then all the employees except for one basically looked and acted like they didn't want to be there. Once our food was done we asked the cook for napkins and he told me I need to go back to the register, so I did waited behind two people to order once he took care of them and it was my turn he turned away and started wiping off trays completely ignoring me. After a minute I called back to him excuse me trying to get his attention still being ignored the cook came all the way over hearing me to hand me some napkins. Food wasn't too bad but did have way too much of the liquid they put on while cooking ended up almost soup like once I got to the bottom of the container.

The food is good, but beware when you buy a beverage. The drinks here have always been refillable, but suddenly they are not. They charged $2.79 for a small drink and never mentioned that I couldn’t refill it. Drinks are cheaper and refillable elsewhere nearby so it would be prudent to take your business elsewhere.

The manger here has 0 customer service skills. 1st time I ever went and didn’t explain anything. He threw away perfectly good meats. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! I’ll never eat here ever again! If I could I’d give this place a 0/10 on friendly service!!! And he refused to give my money back because the bowl was “already made” yet didn’t explain how it works at all!!!
