DO NOT go inside in the mornings, their priority is only drive through. I work in area and (use to) often go, and I’m made to wait often, today over 5 min and didn’t have the courtesy to even acknowledge I was staging there, took and packaged two drive through orders all while I was waiting at the register to place my order.

Never got anything that made me sick and great service, especially when dining in er say since they don't have a great great amount of seating but at at the same time what's all manageable.

Worst night crew ever! You can tell these guys are straight up on drugs, they cant make any eye contact and are not focused, completely oblivious to customer service. They always make you wait additionally having you pull forward and to add insult to injury, they always get the order wrong or forget to include something that was asked for and paid for. Although it is jack in the box, it is, also in thousand oaks. Certain standards should remain upheld and these guys should be, if not fired, definitely relocated to another location.

So you want me to share the same details again in a way that others can't see? I assume you're a bot replying but, let me take it for granted that this comment was from an actual real person (owner), I gave you enough feedback and I see others having the same problems. Understood the staff is tired and unmotivated late at night but treating customers like they are vultures trying to salvage food for the day is not good. The guys drive through windows hands over food and close the window right away.

The hours posted said it closes at 2am. I was pulling up but a car cut across 2 lanes and almost hit me. He pulls in at the same time as me and we pull in at the same time. He takes 5 minutes to order and when it came to my turn to order. They said they close 10 minutes early to clean up. I told they should post that so I don't waste my time. If you got to the store and you're in there before they close. They ask you to bring your purchases to the front for check out. Not we have to close the registers and don't give you proper customer service!!!!

I am guilty!! Yes! Today I was one of those lost customers going back and forth between combos undecided. Thats when Marta had the patience of a saint and with a smile in her face told me that everything was ok for me to be all over the place. After, Venice took my order very kindly and Julian took my meal to the table. Finally, the food is great!! I order a Butter Jack, and you will never go wrong with it... the fries were delicious!!! Thank you guys for making an ordinary meal, such a pleasant experience.

Food is alright, but they always get my order wrong.
I don’t go there often, but sometimes I get some quick food after work and they’ve gotten my order wrong everytime.
I’ve went back once, and they offered to remake the order which was nice of them, but getting the order wrong every time is absurd. Definitely needs training for quality control or something.
