They made our Monster Cookie Shakes entirely wrong, and they tasted gross, too. We had to wait a VERY long time for the staff to completely ignore or pretend to ignore us. I asked that they just make them Oreo shakes instead. Those were made with very little Oreos inside, and I wasn't given any refund for the price difference.

Online ordering through the application is a nightmare. I showed up and they had no idea I had paid for and placed an order. Thank you for the staff listening, the manager taking care of me, and sending me on my way with my order. App is buggy.. charged me but didn't alert the restaurant.
I'll give my full review now. it was Saturday night after a family member's wedding and coming back from the after party there was a ton of hungy people. the night shift team (including manager) were beyond accommodating. they were super busy but still managed to get my $438 order exactly as ordered. food was great and service went above and beyond. although not a local resident, I know where to go if I am ever back in town.

DO NOT go inside in the mornings, their priority is only drive through. I work in area and (use to) often go, and I’m made to wait often, today over 5 min and didn’t have the courtesy to even acknowledge I was staging there, took and packaged two drive through orders all while I was waiting at the register to place my order.
