Staff was very friendly. I arrived at dinner time. Unfortunately; there were 8 customers and only 2 workers, so the process was slow. This was not at all the staffs fault. They were doing great, but you could tell it was stressing them a little with only two of them having to prepare a long line of hungry people.
Food is always great and people preparing are great, but girl on counter forgets customer orders once they pay and gives out orders place after yours, doesn't know how to keep track of orders it seems. This is the 2nd time in a month she is there and I get soggy sandwich since it sits while she gives out every else order, I try letting her know can I get my food it's right there. Next time I see her won't go in.
Everyone here is always fantastic! The shop is always clean, and even when there is a long wait, it moves along pretty quickly.I'm writing this review specifically for Cody. I have been here several times while he's working, and I have to say, if I owned this branch I would be so grateful to have him as an employee and representative of my business. He is always upbeat, friendly, accommodating, and just a pleasure to interact with! I'm not sure if a manager reads...
