We found the coffee and service better than their mainstream competitors! No delays because Peet's staffs properly. We found these matters to be true when visiting their locations in Thousand Oaks. and Ventura.

My friend flew in from Chicago and all she wanted was a chai latte. I went to two other shops, the first was mid and the second only sold a spiced tea. And then we went to Peet's and the staff there were all so cute and nice and my friend said it was the best chai latte she ever had in her life and so we went back all 3 days she was in town. Shouts outs to the crew that worked July 3-5 🙏💖

Peet's Coffee is arguably one of the better chain coffee spots compared to the likes of SB and CB. Thousand Oaks location offers great service and baristas make consistently good coffee. Can't really comment on food options offered here as I usually only grab something to drink. Decent amount of seating inside and outside on the patio. Daughter loves their iced lavender latte if you prefer something on the cooler side:)

I have gone there 2 times and both time they have messed up my drink. They put whip cream on my coffee when I said No whip cream both times I went. If you ever get a mocha drink from there, the cup is all milk and ice, with very little coffee or chocolate taste at all.

Sandwiches made fresh not by hand I love it plus coffee one of the best spots to get you a morning breakfast and coffee to start your day

It's way better than Starbucks which is funny since Peet's is owned by Starbucks. Limited seating inside, but there's places to sit out when the weather is good

Opens too late to be of any use to people that work. The place is in need of a makeover desperately.

As franchise coffee place Peet’s will be always best quality coffee. I like inside of Peet’s giving us old coffee place vibes. They had new seasonal flavor for tasting, it was unique but combination was good. We had nice morning coffee ☕️ thank you Peet’s

My go-to for great coffee and espresso drinks. Pastries and hot food are great. Good consistent quality with more character and history than another large chain that some prefer.

Not only the best, high quality, real coffee one can buy, but also the most wonderful, knowledgeable staff anywhere! Give up on $6 burned coffee bean, sugar milk drinks at Starsucks. Try real coffee; Peet's. Iced Flat White is amazing! It buries Starsucks.
