The short rib grilled cheese was amazing!!! And the staff was so friendly and helpful! I love this place! Can’t wait to come back and try the burgers! Yum!

In the area for business, I looked up burger places, and this one stood out, so I decided to enjoy a burger. I ordered their ABC Burger, which was cooked to perfection. The fries, on the other hand, were iffy; I had cold, stiff fries mixed with warm fries. I did take them to the counter and asked politely if I could have fresh fries. They came out likely split, but they seemed to be reheated in the fryer as they were oily and shiny. I don't send food back a second time due to all the horror stories. I did eat them as I was hungry and don't like to waste food. As my first time here, I'm not impressed. But it’s up to you if you want to eat here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic burgers, fast service, and great outdoor seating!

My husband and I stopped by The Stand American Classics and were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. The burger was incredibly flavorful and juicy, and the fries were delicious. They also have an awesome variety of sauces — fun to try and perfect for dipping. I tried their Thai Iced Tea shake and it was amazing.

The outdoor seating area is really pleasant, the service was quick, and the staff were all very friendly. Overall, an amazing spot if you’re hungry, short on time, and want a great quality burger. Highly recommend!

I’ll get to the food. But first, I have to mention Jorge C. He was working the take out service are primarily but also the register the dining room the kitchen. This guy was so incredibly impressive. It was truly hard not to notice. He exemplified the epitome of Hospitality. He was constantly going out his way to help guests. It happened to be the lunch rush too! My visit was today 11/26/25. I witnessed this guy help three different guests at one single moment. I know because I was one of them. Fantastic job Jorge. I did mention my experience with him after we had lunch and asked if I can take a picture of him so that I can share what an awesome job he was doing. He obliged.
The food was delicious as it usually is at The Stand. This was my first time at the Westlake location. Service was obviously great. Highly Highly recommend. Hospitality at its best. See you soon Jorge C.😊

This is truly a personal opinion. The burger was ok and so were the fries. Regarding the restaurant, they were definitely kind. The place is cleaned and maintained. I might go to a The Stand restaurant just out of convenience of location.

I came into the place and was greeted with a very warm welcome from the staff. I was picking up a DoorDash order and the assistant manager there Chad was very kind and helpful even though they were slammed. He got my order out very quick even though the app said it wasn’t ready. The other manager Z was also very friendly and helpful with making suggestions of things to try next time. Will definitely come back here again.
