While the food here is great the wait times are insane for the number of staff.

Best bagel shop in town. The bagels have always been good. I ask for the bagel to be open faced with cream cheese, tomato, and onion. Always get what I order. Sometimes, the clerk will ask a question to clarify. Never felt a need to complain.
