Went in late on a saturday, about 11:20. The cashier Zachary greeted us so kindly and was clearly very busy running around doing a lot. He took my order so patiently and nicely while also super efficient. He was so friendly everywhere I saw him talking to customers as much as he was working. Despite being so busy, he was efficient, kind, and outgoing. Doing incredibly in the kitchen as well. Thank you for the amazing food as always!

General manager Sam was amazing and professional. He was collective in explaining the menu and made it easy to understand the menu.
Parking: The wings are very delicious with a lot of flavor and quality. The fries are fresh.

The food and fries are always made fresh and employees hustling to get everyone’s order on time. Employees go above and beyond the call of duty. I ordered chicken sandwich and it was very good for the price I payed.

I would like corporate to contact me as the behavior of this store is unacceptable. There was an error in my order and I called to cancel for a refund and was dismissed and the man told me there was no customer service number to assist me. I called back a
few hours later and a woman answered and hung up on me. I called back and they asked how they could help me, but as soon as I started talking they recognized my voice and placed me on a 22 minute hold. After several minutes holding, I called from my other phone and they answered and immediately placed me on hold on that line. I hung up and called back and they ignored several calls, then started hanging up on me and after 22 minutes disconnected the original call still holding. Please listen to the recordings as I am genuinely confused and concerned as what happened to escalate their behavior to treat me so poorly. I literally only asked if the gm had made it in yet as earlier I was told they were the only one who could offer a refund and the lady would not answer if she was the GM. I wasn't planning on a bad review, but the treatment after the order error was the worst part! All I wanted was a refund so I could replace the order correctly, which I did do hoping a refund would be issued.

I placed an order on Nov 9, 24 at 3:00 Pm and ordered more than 30 wings. I was really satisfied with the food and ready to eat with the family until we found 3 wings with Feathers on it. Please look carefully when you're preparing wings for the customers. I don't think you would like to serve feathers to your families.

I had a bad experience the chicken was dry and sauceless, requiring two return trips. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied it was disgusting. Normally, I love Wingstop, but this location fell short. Kevin was the one who took my order

Got the 3 piece chicken tender and chose the flavor lemon pepper. The chicken was nice but I think I’d try a different flavor next time. And I liked the fries seasoning but they were really cold and soggy which I don’t know if that’s intentional

We went into Wingstop for a quick lunch while shopping, hoping to have a fast lunch and we both enjoy wings.
We waited about 20 minutes for our order, (fair enough if they are making fresh, but when we first got there, there was only one other person.
Soon a group of teenagers sat down and the place got louder and busier, still only about 10 ppl though.
When I went up to enquire about our order, I was told that they had been calling our name and the food was ready.
The fries were cold, burnt and limp, which we immediately sent back, only to be snapped at by the girl behind the counter,”well what do you expect, your order was sitting there for five minutes!…. Really??
With four tables, I would have thought it not be too difficult to make sure people got their order when it was ready.
Even if we missed the name, the chicken was undercooked and the fries burned, oh and we paid $35.00 for that culinary delight.
Dreadful service and bad food, do yourself a favor and skip this place!

The person who served me was the Manager, a man with long hair, I placed my order and he told me that he couldn't sell me food because he didn't have a ticket, he returned the money to me and told me I can't sell it to you! And I told him you have a seif where you have to make change exactly when I arrive at 6:55 and he didn't want to sell me because I had a 100 dollar bill…. Terrible service from the manager (pay more attention to this staff)
