We visited for the first time while in town for a concert. We loved paty’s! Actually went here twice for breakfast. Service was great and so was the food. The chocolate cream pie we got to go was great as a late night sweet treat and to die for!

Had a fantastic meal after a day at universal. The service was amazing, my burger was fantastic and their pancakes are so light, fluffy, and buttery. Will definitely be back

Patz is a Taluca Lake classic. It's a mid-century diner with typical dine4 fare. Their Ruben and sweet potato fries were great. I drove by the other day and saw that some parts are currently under refurbishment, so hopefully it'll look even better once that's completed.

Neighborhood diner that serves hearty American breakfasts. The pancakes are fluffy, and the omelets are stuffed with fillings. Service is fast and friendly. The space is small but cozy. A dependable spot for locals

We stopped in for an early midweek breakfast at Paty’s. It wasn’t too busy so we were able to have a leisurely breakfast. The restaurant doesn’t have a lot of parking, but it does have some. Fortunately, we were able to take advantage of that. We had an outside table, which was perfect even on a warm August morning. One of us had a California omelette and the other had a basic bacon and egg breakfast. The server seemed short on personality, but she was efficient. The other wait staff were quite helpful and friendly. The food was good and the prices were in line with a sitdown restaurant. There was also a neat indoor seating area that had a lot of character that perhaps we will try on a future visit. It’s a nice venue for what we needed and would recommend it to others looking for something similar.
Very extensive menu with breakfast (served all day), burgers, sandwiches, pasta & main meals. Two of us are gluten free & there was almost too much choice. Sandwiches were big with plenty of fries & a good sized portion of pasta. Service was quick & really friendly, we sat inside but there were lots of tables outside. Small car park behind which was much easier than trying to park on the street,
The only thing good here was the lemonade. Young waitress extremely rude and manager didn't seem to care

Nice diner. Been around forever. It is diner food, so don't expect gourmet. Good food for the price.
I had the Field Chicken. The sautéed mushroom topping was very tasty. The chicken was pretty good quality. Not excellent, but I don't expect excellent in a diner. The green beans were not that tasty and were probably cooked a few hours earlier. The mashed potatoes and gravy were pretty good.
A friend had the Broasted Chicken. I tasted it and really liked it. The chicken was super tender and juicy. The breading was a little greasy, but not nearly as greasy as a lot of places.
The staff was very attentive and nice. Definitely no complaints there.
Parking lot in the back. Lots of parking and easy in and out.
Outdoor patio seating.
Very large menu with options for all types of preferences.
Decent prices.
Lots of Hollywood photos from years gone by.
If you like diners, you'll love this place. Definitely better quality than most diners.

I’ve been coming to Patys for years, and it’s the perfect local hangout! This neighborhood spot is ideal for meeting up with friends, enjoying a relaxed meal, and catching up with the people you love spending time with. The burgers are always on point, and the desserts are wonderful. Plus, don’t be surprised if you spot a celebrity or two—it’s that kind of place! If you’re looking for a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere with great food, Patys is definitely the place to be.

Paty's is such an amazing all around American eatry. I love that they have a menu that has options for those desiring to be healthy. Paty's is a hangout. A place to meet others. A place to bring your dog and eat outside. It is always crowded on the weekends and the owner George and manager Maria are very supportive of the Toluca Lake Community. We love them.
