Nice diner in burbank. Offers the standard food you would expect. Very busy with a nice outdoor seating area. I had avocado toast & eggs, our friend had a bowl of chili & chicken Caesar salad . Nice hot & fresh food. Service was on point and we enjoyed lunch here. I was a little suprised they upcharged for some cheese & onions for the chili. Most places offer it standard with a bowl & you can say no if you dont want it. it wasn't an outrageous charge, it just suprising. The deserts in the case looked quite delicious so we may come back to try those next time.

Originally opened in 1960 Paty’s is a true classic diner and one of the best in the valley. There are a lot of other restaurants very close by so it’s a real breakfast hotspot. Fans of the show Barry on HBO may recognize this location as it’s featured in the show. It was extremely busy when we arrived for a Sunday brunch, but we only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table inside. Most people chose to sit outside today because it was sunny and warm. Our server was really polite and all of our food items came out super fast. Inside is pretty large with booth and counter seating or the other option will be one of the many outdoor tables. They have a large parking lot behind the restaurant or otherwise it will be one of the other many free street spots.As always I started off my meal with a coffee and I thought it was especially good and strong here. For my meal I chose the Eggs Benedict but added avocado and substituted chorizo instead of the ham. I think that combo is really great and I would definitely recommend anyone. I also ordered a Single Biscuit & Gravy on the side and it was a real delicious fluffy biscuit with authentic gravy.Overall a great breakfast, and I definitely would say Paty’s is one of my favorite diners in Los Angeles. I would recommend to anyone searching for a great place to have breakfast, but I would suggest going early because it can get very crowded.Parking: large free parking lot behind restaurant

What a find! Needed a last minute brunch spot with outdoor seating near burbank and we scored. Food was delicious, plenty of outdoor seating and good service. The Patys latte was awesome! I also had the salmon benedict which was good.
