Nice people and authentic Indian food home ookin flavor
I’m not sure if they’ve made a change in the kitchen but I came to the buffet service today and the food was the best it’s ever been. The outside looks much better, the service is still great! So glad we have a good Indian restaurant in Torrance.
The food is super yummy. I usually do the lunch buffet. Mango mousse is outstanding. And the service is so kind, friendly, and accommodating.

*Authentic Indian flavors, generous portions, and a delightful surprise!*
I ordered the Kadhai Paneer and garlic naan, and I was thoroughly impressed. The portion size was incredible for the price—definitely great value for money. I had asked for the dish to be spicy, and they delivered exactly that—full of heat and flavor!
What really stood out was the complimentary Gajar ka Halwa—absolutely delicious and a perfect end to the meal. It’s rare to find such thoughtful touches nowadays.
If you’re craving flavorful Indian food with generous portions, Angara is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First time here. Was not blown away by the variety but the items pictured were worth the visit. The tandoori chicken was best I've had even though lacking the typical red coloring. The naan was also tops, especially the fresh servings brought direct to our table. Good value for buffet. Attentive service appreciated.

The best, most authentic Indian food in Torrance!
Chicken tikka masala is still signature dish here on buffet. Nice occasional experiment or fusion dish along with the usual expected Indian fare.
Very disappointed is this food. No flavor. Chicken was boney.never had friend rice at an Indian restaurant .

Food was really good except Kathi roll. My son loved tandoori roti but dal makhani was a bit spicy for him
Very tasty food!!

The menu offers a wide variety of traditional dishes—from rich and creamy butter chicken to flavorful biryanis and perfectly spiced vegetarian options.
