Oh, you've got to try Marsatta Chocolate! I was lucky enough to meet the chef and, wow, you can just tell he's all in. It's like he's painting with flavors. Marsatta Chocolate is a family owned shop located in Torrance. While the waits are a little longer-- it's because the owners really take the time to build relationships and get to know their customers. They're just the nicest people, who truly care about their craft! I'm honestly not a big chocolate person, but I do love the chocolates here! We discovered Marsatta Chocolate at the International Chocolate Festival and then discovered they were doing tastings here in Old Town Torrance.We had a great time...learning how they got started and all that goes into their process. Oh yeah....and the chocolate was great!
