We were there at 7pm, on time for our reservation, we were sat soon after but unfortunately we waited until 8:30 to get a Chef to our table. The waitress got our orders mixed up and would take a while to bring our drinks or she'd completely forgot until we reminded her. Our experience was not great but the chef and food were. Even though, I'm not sure we will be returning to this location.

Our server was amazing. The cook was amazing. It was the Wait. Our reservation was at 1:15. The cooked didn't start cooking until 240. We had to wait so long and I keep hearing this complaint from other people who went and experienced it also . I didn't think it was true until it happened to me and it is horrible.

The Food as always was GOOD. I don't remember the managers name, when I entered the restaurant. He was very pleasant and professional. I was seated according to my reservation. I will defiantly be coming back to this Benihana - Torrance.
