Was at the mall today and Bibigo is closed ! Finally ! The few times I went there, the portions were getting smaller and smaller and the rudeness of the staff was getting worse. Food is cold and the staff had the attitude of not wanting to be there at all.

Cold Food . Bad service the employees weren't nice at all they all ignored me when I went up to order I had to ask someone to take my order . I had never been here before so I asked what were popular items and the associate seemed bothered that I asked soo many questions. The actual food it self I couldn't even finish it NASTY the rice was dry, hard and cold . The meat was cold as well just gross overall . I'm sure I would of liked it if it wasn't cold

This is the worst service I have EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! I have come here multiple times to give it another shot, thinking maybe they were having a bad day. But no. The food is great, when they have any. 3 times on different occasions I have come here to order and was told they didn't get a shipment of vegetables so they only had rice and meat, was told they only had chicken and tofu, was told they were closing early. I like to think I am a very understanding person, but the staff is atrocious. Where did they find such terrible team members with horrid customer service. Not only did they have a rude tone when telling me things were out of stock, but they also pick and choose who to serve certain ingredients. For example, they said they only had chicken and tofu, I still wanted to eat there, so I went and ordered. The next guy behind me said he wanted half chicken half ribs and they said they couldn't do that only as double serving... lo and behold they took out those ingredients. Another time, They said they didn't get a shipment of vegetables and upon eating elsewhere i walked by afterwards and they were replenished with everything. So is the problem a staff that does not communicate what is in stock with each other or is the problem the staff is lazy and could not give two cares about service. It is a shame to see an establishment that in other areas flourish, but see it be so poorly done in a food court that I would say on average has great service all around. They need to revamp the people that work here because it's embarrassing. Save your money and save your time and eat somewhere with better quality service... eat at a different bibigo! The people here actually are incompetent.

Delicious!!! with many options to choose from, ranging from meats (beef, chicken, pork), to veggies (bean sprouts, broccoli, tofu), to the various sauces. Eat it there to use the hot stone bowl. Portion is big, value is excellent.

The workers close everything down early at this location. They all look so miserable too, all of them. Other than that the food is good.

Food is good. I used to go there almost every week. Not anymore, can't deal with the horrible service.

Wanted to try it for the first time but they were out of the kimchi rice and had only been opened for 30 min. They should better prepare so they don't run out of things. Ended up leaving and not sure if I'll ever be back to try it.

the servers on 10/19/19 we’re very rude, especially the one named elizabeth. she was talking too much with her co-worker. when i pointed out to them that i don’t want their saliva spraying on my food, both got upset. they gave me a hard time with my order and got very confrontational.

The food tasted great but the service was horrible. Probably not gonna come again just because of their service. Also didn't even confirm our order and gave us the wrong meat.

This was my first time trying korean fast food. It is an assembled bowl similar to any other take out place that we see in malls but much healthier. I took the gochujang chicken with kimchi rice. It was quite flavorful. There were lots of good sized chicken pieces. I loaded them with all their veggies and it filled me up.

Server was informative and amicable. I love the many options of base such as brown rice and noodles. The noodles looked clammy, but you could ask for the Hot stone option which serves the food in a hot plate that warms up and keeps your food hot. I got the spicy pork grill meat and it was spicy, but still flavorful and savory. Kale, corn with cheese, green beans, carrots were all on point. I enjoy my veggies cold so it was great contrast of warm rice on the bottom, cold veggies in the middle and warm spicy meat at the top.

My daughter and I Loved the end result of our bowl, but the staff was extremely rude. I asked questions and they answered as if I should know how it is. It was new to us. The one serving, not going to lie, looked stoned and on a slo mo functioning status with zero personality and slow response time. My 12 yr old said she seemed ill or on drugs. I agree with another person rating this place the entire staff needs to be replaced.

Food was okay. Staff seems like they don’t want to be there. Understandable, but at least pretend. Agree with the other reviews that they barely give you food, and they load it up with a ton of rice. I got like a spoonful of kimchi what the heck! Look at the pic. We asked for sesame seeds and the employee put seaweed by accident. I just think they need a bit of a management push to keep their employees motivated and on their toes!

This is one of the eateries at the food court in Del Amo mall. It's like a Chipotle/Subway for bibimbap where they have an array of food choices just sitting out in the open for hours on end. You pretty much walk in a line and choose what you want in your bowl. I'd say the food was fairly good for what it was, but it was run by bored teenagers who wish they were anywhere else but there.

Would rate this place 0 stars if I could. We ordered Bibigo for a work-event lunch and almost every one became violently ill within 24-48 hours afterwards. Still recovering after 4 days of being sick and bedridden. They clearly need to fine-tune their HACCP plan or implement one to begin with.
