I have 3 bad experiences already usually its 3 strikes & your out type of deal for me so here it goes , first time missing food items were missing, 2nd time dine im experience was horrible literally went in for poozoki cookie only & the bjs team served 3 other family's before us and we were the first to sit down they got there meals & all then we got our cookies last like make it make sense ...and third just now apparently someone stole my mobile order and I had to wait over an hour to get my food BJS please do better fam come on ....

I didn’t get the waiters name but she has cooper hair with two braids in 1/7/26 I came for the first time the food was great but the service was horrible I asked for garlic bread with my waiter as well as ketchup and was waiting to ask for a dessert. She didn’t check up on up not once. We had to keep stopping her and then she wouldn’t even bring the items. So not only don’t get my garlic breads to eat with my pasta but I didn’t get ketchup for my fries on the side after asking twice and we had to pay by the QR code to finally leave, leaving without being able to order for dessert. Horrible service.

I haven't been here for quite awhile. It, like other restaurants although they survived covid, the food just isn't as as good. The fried chicken used to be my go to. The last 2 times I ordered it it was way too crunchy and much too spicy. I'm over it.

I’ve been here a handful of times, and every visit I’ve been fortunate enough to be helped by Elliot. His service has been consistently exceptional, and I genuinely look forward to interacting with him whenever I come in.

In a time when great service is increasingly hard to come by, Elliot truly stands out. He is attentive, thoughtful, and professional in every sense, and he absolutely checks every box. I sincerely hope his efforts are recognized and appreciated by his bosses and bjs the company.

Thank you Elliot for helping make my birthday memorable, and for also making my friend’s birthday feel special. Elliot, hats off to you, sir. We never lacked anything even when the place was super busy, thats how you know you were solid.

Took forever to bring food and them the server went to break i think it was her lunch time because she took forever and during that time nobody showup to help us , i only saw a guy walking arround think it was the manager but he was like ignoring us , so I’ll never go back 😏bad environment

Our party of 13 was seated in a great location out of the way for lunch. Service was great, and food came out promptly. The Pizookie's were a huge hit (as always) and everyone had a good time.

We had our work holiday lunch yesterday and our entire group appreciated how attentive our server Fred was! From the moment Fred introduced himself until we were ready to leave. Thank you for the great service!

I´m very disappointed with my experience here at Bjs. Recently, I visited this restaurant location about a week or two ago and I was treated very poorly and disrespectfully by an employee.
I´m not very sure of the specific name of this employee because their position was a bus boy but I can specify their description. The male was tall, young (maybe 17-20 years old), he has a lot of piercings around his face, dark slick back hair, and tattoos. This individual was picking up our food from the table. At this time I was done eating but was sitting and waiting for my friend who was in the restroom, when this employee rudely rushed me out of the table to clean it and said, ¨ Bro, can you hurry and get up?¨. This offended and I will be contacting the corporate after this interaction.
