Visited 7/6/25 @ 6pm. 79° in the restaurant. No air flow. An employee even begged us to complain to the manager because he was hot too. The manager was sympathetic but couldn’t do anything but open some doors. Apparently, the owners still claim that due to COVID (five years later) they don’t want to invest any money in the restaurant. Go somewhere else unless you want heat stroke.
My order was missing an item and not especially tasty.
I had not been to Black Angus in years. It did not disappoint. I went for my birthday with my family. Hector, our waiter was Oh-Maz-Ing. Gtrat customer service. I'm sad that this location is closing. However, he said we may be able to see him at the Lakewood location
Stopped there with 5 others for my birthday and they sat us pretty much right away. Server Maryfel was very nice and attentive. Appetizers, food and desserts were excellent and reasonably priced. Definitely would stop in again.

Black Angus is always a good option for a meal. If you want steak, seafood options, and good tasty sides without breaking the budget.
Parking: Parking is ample, but the mall ownership needs to add extra lighting.

I’ve been eating here since 1990 I hadn’t been in several years because of the distance from where I now reside, but I was recently in the area & decided I wanted a taste of nostalgia. I wasn’t disappointed the food was just as delicious as I remembered the staff was polite & courteous. The prices were great everything is so expensive nowadays it feels good to go somewhere and get a top quality meal and not have to break the bank.

My daughter and I ordered the prime rib with the double lobster tails. The food was delicious and was prepared to our specifications. Also the restaurant had a nice crowd was not too crowded and the noise level was pleasant. We were seated at our reservation time.
My 18 oz none in ribeye (asked for medium and nice char) cane med Rare no char. Lots of fat I don't send back to the kitchen ever, I would recommend a peer review check in the kitchen For the most expensive steak on the menu, you want it perfect My two sides were the steak soup. Awesome
We had the best time at Black Angus. The food was delicious and our server was the best. She took very good care of us. She was very warm and friendly. We will definitely be back soon.
We had a delicious dinner. I love the ribeye steak which was so tender and cooked perfectly. The zucchini appetizer was good too. And the service by Kenny was great. Boom!! Always friendly and helpful staff here.
It's okay. Certainly not as good of a steak as I was expecting for the money. It was cooked to the right temp, service was good, but steak wasn't seasoned very well and had some weak grill marks instead of an actual sear. About what you expect from a chain.
