This is ridiculous. You accepted my reservation for New Years Eve at Black Angus and the restaurant had been closed since July! Is anyone at Open Table monitoring what is goIng on? I will think twice about using your app again.
I don't know they were closed. The restaurant no longer exists. The entire area is flat and a construction zone. Reading online looks like they were closed for months
Please take this restaurant off your app. It longer exists. The building has been demolished.
Open table confirmed and gave me a reservation to the Black Angus in Torrance Calif, which was a closed down establishment. I drove out there for my birthday party with invited guest, just to get embarrassed and left scrambling to find another venue. The restaurant closed down in July 2025, I made my reservations on Oct. 2025. As a matter of fact the entire building h ad been demolished.
this black angus location is closed yet open table still lets you make reservations...just wasted my time!
OpenTable did not remove this location from their list due to closure. I was able to make reservation on 08/20/25 for the same evening. My party arrived to find out that it was closed on 7/11/25.
Waiter was rude when I asked about the food that hadn't arrived yet. My kids even picked up on her attitude. She also did not get part of the order right and was just as rude when I asked her to have it remade.
Visited 7/6/25 @ 6pm. 79° in the restaurant. No air flow. An employee even begged us to complain to the manager because he was hot too. The manager was sympathetic but couldn’t do anything but open some doors. Apparently, the owners still claim that due to COVID (five years later) they don’t want to invest any money in the restaurant. Go somewhere else unless you want heat stroke.
My order was missing an item and not especially tasty.
I had not been to Black Angus in years. It did not disappoint. I went for my birthday with my family. Hector, our waiter was Oh-Maz-Ing. Gtrat customer service. I'm sad that this location is closing. However, he said we may be able to see him at the Lakewood location

It was absolutely amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. Would definitely do it again.
Went to Black Angus this past week for their Martini Experience. First, I was very saddened to hear that they were closing this location. I hope they find a new location soon. Ample parking; however not great drivers. Everyone had 7pm reservations and the establishment did great in getting everyone to be seated in an orderly fashion. The staff was welcoming. One patron decided to be the a h o l e of the night and cut everyone in line as she believed she was entitled. Many people were upset with this. Totally understandable. The lady ended up going to the bar with her husband and friend. She is an embarrassment....no fault of the restaurant. We had a great team who worked beyond hard and provided great service. Leo, Candy and Savannah were the main host and cocktail artists. Our server was Thomas. I believe we were so lucky to have him. He provided the utmost exceptional service. I'm all about great customer service and he was excellent. He definitely made our night. My sister and mom had made reservations and my husband and I had another reservation. We were able to sit together. Our daughter came but did not order since she was Keto and did not want to break her ketosis. Kudos to the chef! Everything was savory, heavenly and exquisite. Thomas, is such a delight. We hope to see him again. We are astonished by his great service. His attention to detail all the time while providing excellent service with a smile. He was so friendly and made sure we and others were taken care of.
Service was super slow, order was wrong, was not happy with overall service. Plus we had a reservation made for 5:30 and weren't seated until 6:10, so 40 min wait with a reservation??
Decent food...extensive menu offerings. Had the prime rib, came as ordered medium rare...horseradish didn't have any kick to it...could have been stronger. Au jus was OK but too salty. Bread was great, seems similar to cheesecake factory bread, served warm. The steak soup was really flavorful. They have great promo deals all the time so can afford to eat there more often. Service has always been consistently friendly and attentive.
When I arrived I gave them my name because I had a reservation the guy told me that I didn't and I had to wait 20-30 mins to be seated. After giving him my name 3xs he finally found the reservation 🙄. I reserved the birthday celebration that was supposed to have balloons on the table as a decoration and of course that wasnt set up and the guy who sat us said, “well at least your getting a free cowboy cookie” lmaooooo that wasn't even that important it was the balloons and set up for me hell the 9.99 cookie ain't nothing. Our waiter was really slow it took him 20 mins just to bring back some water. He never checked in on us and we kept having to flag him down for service. Overall the food was ok but customer service training is really needed.
