Be careful when ordering pickup at this location. I ordered one pizza and gave a little time in advance for them to make it. I arrived at the scheduled time and the staff were completely clueless that I had an order. Anyway at pickup time they hadn't even started my pizza and my son and I were forced to wait 45 minutes more for it. My 4 year old tested positive for Covid the next day. Great pizza! Nice Staff! Wish they were open later, customers using the parking structure access. Though Yelp is not working correctly tonight, they won't let me edit or remove the accidental bad review intended for the other Torrance Blaze!

Terrible customer service!!! Workers took forever to get my food to me, when there was no one else in line. Kept stopping to talk to each other, look and share images on their phone. The customers that came behind me left because they took so long. I needed to feed my son who is a picky eater so unfortunately i tolerated the lack of customer service.
