This place never opens on time it says it opens at 12 and nope. they've turned away several people already. You guys are loosing alot of money, literally every other place in the food court has long lines. It's currently 1205 and your employees went hiding again. I thought they were setting up but doesn't look like it.

It would have nice for the owner to give the exact location or answer the phone so customers are not walking endlessly in the mall looking for them. We were not aware the location was in a mall. When we tried to call not answered and the message says the location is not opened. So if you are not familiar with the mall or location you are left walking everywhere trying find it.

The pizza is super yummy and fresh. Employees are not stingy with ingredients. It can be a wait sometimes, but overall very nice place to have custom made pizza.

Put his finger in the cup i requested balsamic vinegar for??? Gross and they are sloths they move very slow... they talk and stop making the pizza while doing so... v annoying

Worst customer service ever. The workers don't know what they're doing and frankly look like they just don't want to work at all. Line grew behind me and they were so slow, the people behind just left. Not customer friendly, slow and with an " I-know-care" attitude. This mall location has been open and closed, you never know which days it will be until you go to the mall. If mgmt cared, they better get better workers or train them or this business in going down.

2:00 pm and stood there for 5 mins watching employees run around. After one finally notices me, he states they are closing for 30 mins and come back then. Blaze Management, seriously? I understand that labor shortages are everywhere, but at least train your people in customer service. Thank God Sbarro's was right down the way. Ate there instead.
The food is usually fine but they need to hire a few more workers. It took 25 min to order with 4 parties ahead of me, and 15 min to try to get my one pizza. And I didn't end up getting the pizza because they flipped it over on the floor while they were taking it out of the oven. I wouldn't call that "fast food" by any means and this is the location in a food court. They tried to refund me because I couldn't wait another 20 min but they tried to refund me without the tax. That's super messed up.

I ordered a high rise dough with red sauce, chicken, and goat cheese. The pizza arrived with NO CHEESE! Whoever made this pizza must have been on their last hour of their last day of employment because clearly they did.not.care. Don't even waste your time or energy on this hot mess express of a pizza!

Very bad quality, very salty. Not well cooked also it was burn. I am not going to suggest anyone to go there and oder blaze pizza. Super bad taste. Just waste of money

Be careful when ordering pickup at this location. I ordered one pizza and gave a little time in advance for them to make it. I arrived at the scheduled time and the staff were completely clueless that I had an order. Anyway at pickup time they hadn't even started my pizza and my son and I were forced to wait 45 minutes more for it. My 4 year old tested positive for Covid the next day. I got a breakthrough infection too. I'm very careful with masks but my best guess is we got it from the delay and forced waiting around. I'm really disappointed. I like their pizza but this experience was horrible!
