Boba Break Tea House

I really like this place. When I went I got the green thai milk tea with boba, and it was amazing. My boyfriend got the thai tea and he enjoyed it too. It was our first time trying this place and it had good tea and boba. The servers and workers were also really sweet and nice. Definitely will be coming back soon.

Didn’t have any thai tea and ran out of boba as well. I went with a large dirty milk tea (brown sugar milk tea) and it tasted watered down with no flavor. There was also more ice than actual drink.

Frozen lemonades it top tier. The times I come here, the machines are down..

No boba on my ordered drinks and wasn’t offered any refund for it.

Better to go in person for orders please avoid online ordering.

There was nobody at the counter so I rang the bell as instructions said to do that. I saw a woman sitting in the back on her phone, she looked up and completely ignored the ring. I waited a few more minutes and ended up leaving.

I could have just placed on order online at this point but not interested in having someone who clearly doesn’t care or want to work making a drink for us.

Ordered a strawberry banana boba which was tasty but I don't understand why I get attitude because I didn't tip right away. I was served by Drea whose demeanor completely changed when I skipped the tip (I would have tipped when I was done) but she gave me the evil eye and didn't even call my name when it was ready. I had to check myself if it was there for pickup.
So, because of this entitled brat, I would never go back again and neither will my friends once they find out.

We stopped by The Enclave to kill time and grab a drink. The family saw Boba and immediately wanted one. So they got the milk tea bobas and I got a strawberry butterfly lemonade. The bobas meets expectations of a boba. The larges were a little too much for a boba but i loved it for a lemonade. The lemonade was bright in color and very tasty! There was a ton of seating indoors and outdoors. We sat outside in rocking chairs by a fire to enjoy our drinks. There were many other restaurants, smoothie and coffee places in this area and outdoor games. Great for the whole family.

We visited this place again while in Cali. I tried another type of butterfly too with peach and it was delicious. There were chunks of peach in my drink so i got a little snack with my drink. And received same great service.

The drinks were reeeeeally sweet. It's a cute little place, inside of a little food court type area with other food places around. We will be back *because I want to try the other restaurants in the area* and I will probably try a fruit tea, less sweet. I had a Thai tea it was okay but really sweet. They were out of boba so she suggested crystal boba and it was a different texture/ consistency then I am used to and I didn't like it (that was absolutely not their fault at all).

Located at the Enclave at the indoor food area; there's plenty of parking and seating options.

I ordered the Fuzzy manapples, with boba. The drink was refreshing, but not too sweet. I'm not sure if you can modify the sweetness level, since I didn't ask.

This might be my new favorite local boba spot now that ding tea no longer exists.

I love this place! Great food court! The drinks are so tasty! The lady at the register was so friendly and helpful! We got the hibisKISS with rainbow lychee and the plain milk tea with boba. Sizes are great! The atmosphere was so great! Good energy! They even had a DJ playing music in the food court.

This Boba spot is located in the Enclaves Center. Plenty of parking available. There are lots of open seating and plenty of food places nearby to try. I love the vibe in the seating area because there are plenty of long tables available if you want to dine with a large geoup. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. There are plenty of items on the menu. I tried the Thai tea. It was delicious. I'm looking forward to trying more of the items they offer.

I’ve been coming to the Enclave for a while now and I was excited to see new stores open up. I love Boba and seeing a new place opening here was music to my ears. It’s a small joint, but don’t let the size of the place fool you. I’ll be honest I don’t remember what I ordered (I asked the lady working there and she picked for me lol), but it was half thai tea with egg pudding and I believe half and half. WOW! I ordered it with minimal sweetness and it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed it! Will definitely be back to get more:)
