About HiroNori Craft Ramen

Based on customer reviews, HiroNori Craft Ramen serves delicious ramen with a rich broth and perfectly cooked, chewy noodles. The shoyu ramen and tonkotsu ramen are both flavorful, though some prefer the lighter shoyu broth. The cold spicy ramen is also highly recommended, with good toppings and a sauce containing Szechuan peppercorns that makes the mouth feel slightly numb. Other popular menu items include the chicken kaarage, which is crunchy and flavorful with a batter similar to beer battered fish, and the Tonkatsu Ramen and Chicken Bowl. The cucumber mint yuzuade is a refreshing drink that goes well with the ramen. The food is of great quality, and the service is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is small, with only about five full-sized tables, and the wood tables are a bit aged but add character. The atmosphere feels local and comfortable, with a cozy vibe and the owner’s own playlist playing. The Enclave location offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and lots of parking if willing to walk a bit further. Overall, it is a great stop for good ramen in the South Bay.

Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had.

You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. I am from Maine and will be sure to stop by this establishment every chance I get once I am in town.
I'm afraid to say how much I love this place for fear it will get even harder to get in! ..but definitely the best ramen I have ever tasted! going to be hard to eat ramen anywhere else from now on!
Cool spot, ramen hit the spot. Yuzunade was great
