This is the best ramen I've ever had. The taste of the food covers the many shortcomings of this establishment, the biggest of which is the long queue. The last time we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes... Therefore, take the electronic queue in advance, or by QR code. The restaurant itself is extremely small, the tables with windows to the kitchen are blocked by partitions and you get the impression that you are in prison waiting to talk on the phone through the glass. But despite such a strange decision, it is quite convenient for the staff, and the staff here is very friendly and fast.

Delicious, but the noodles are very distinctive and you may or may not like them.

Got a ticket while I parked for 3mins to grab my To-go order. Front parking was packed, EV parking has 2 cars out of 20+ spots on a Sunday no less. Won't be back.

Good stuff here, always consistent quality, great service and the soul is truly well done. Deep bone broth flavors brings out the best in the ramen. I wish there's more meat for what you pay but still excellent for what it is. There's not that many seats here and all parties must be present in order to be seated. So get in line and be patient

Really enjoyed our first time dining here. We ordered their Tonkotsu Ramen and Chicken Rice bowl (Large). The Tonkotsu ramen was a perfection, we added some of their chili paste(it’s free, you just have to order it). That was definitely one of the best Tonkotsu ramen we’ve ever had, we’re not a big fan of chasu, but their chasu was (again) PERFECT! Chicken rice bowl was also really good and their portion was so generous. We did order the large one and we still manage to take some leftover of the chicken home. And don’t forget to try their Yuzu lemonade cucumber drink! So delicious and refreshing, pair perfectly with your ramen.

Amazing, of course. This place is much smaller than the one in Long Beach. They have little windows that connect to the kitchen where they serve you. Crispy Chicken, and Pork Buns are always a must. Skip their Poke, there's better things to enjoy.

Wait time for a party of 6 was long. The tables are small and can accommodate 2-4 people maximum, so our group was split up once we got seated with 2 at one table and 4 at another. Once we placed our order, the food arrived pretty fast. I like that they offer a vegan option for the ramen, but there aren’t really any options for customization. All the individual ingredients in the vegan ramen, especially the tofu and corn, are bland and rely on the broth for any flavor. The corn doesn’t suit the dish at all. Also, the noodle to protein/veggie ratio is off; there wasn’t much of the plain tofu and only 2 pieces of broccoli. Not worth paying a higher price for the vegan ramen vs the regular ramen considering what you get.

I feel transported to Japan. They had little sliding windows between the tables and the kitchen. You could see your food get prepared and then they bring it out to you through the window.
