My wing has a wing. They taste like they’ve been sitting all day. I know is a dry rub but the lemon pepper wings are not even fresh and juicy.

The staff is top tier. The food was already good but It was my birthday and with my order, they gave me 6 extra wings. Also they gave me a UFC poster, thanks to Joaquin. I loved it. that's what I call an experience ??.

the employees were not helpful at all and were full of attitude. we ordered to take out and they never let us know when it was ready. we were waiting for about 20 minutes when another employees asked us what we were there for and she told us that it was ready we realized our order had been sitting there for a while now while we were waiting the whole time. they placed it on a rack and expected us to just see it and take it

Very bad service, Katrina was the manager and server and she messed up big time on your order, she forgot to place order on some of our items and started to argue when the food didn’t arrive. When the food arrived it was too late and we had finished our dinner, she forced us to pay for the food she ordered late. Very bad experience and bad evening. Overall the staff was very rude and I can imagine dealing with the manager.

Quality of food is HORRIBLE and service isn't any better. Ordered wings to go with extra sauce and carrots and celery. Extra sauce container was empty. There were no carrots or celery. The wings were cold and dry. This place SUCKS. Avoid it.

It's Buffalo Wild Wings: as long as the food is freshly made and served, it's hard to really mess it up.We came for dinner on a Friday, and the place was very empty (no big games were on). Even though it was not busy, we were greeted cheerfully and allowed to sit in a comfortable booth right away. 30 bone-in wings ($48.99) : they were large, had been freshly deep-fried and there was plenty of sauce on each. The cook had done a poor job of separating out the flavors (you are allowed to pick 4 different ones (which we did: Medium, Original, Orange, Garlic))...they all kinda merged together. Plenty of leftovers to bring home.Chips & Dip Trio ($13.49): really loved the hatch queso. the house-made guacamole was old (it was already a bit brown before served). The salsa was mediocre, reminded me of the canned salsa from Red Gold: very tomatoey without much flavor. Next time, will stick with just the queso.Large Fries ($9.69). Shoestring, crispy, and delicious. Small quantity...pretty sure this is the amount I've gotten as regular at other BW3.Great service, our waitress checked on us a lot and everything asked for was brought promptly. The value is lacking though, and if you add alcohol, it would get quite expensive.
I walked in as a party of two and sat at the bar tables as it was self seating. Was not acknowledged what's so ever by either of the two young ladies behind the bar. 10-15 minutes later decided to leave since our business was obviously not needed nor wanted. Made a quick comment to management, but came off very dismissive. Very rude and disrespectful service. Would have preferred to save the drive and gone to McDonald's. 10/10 do NOT recommend

The service is always too slow here, it's not the first time we have waited 30-40 minutes just to get a table, and once you're inside, it takes another 15-20 minutes to get served by a waiter. They always say they only have one waitress, which is why the service is slow. Honestly, it's very poor customer service, and it makes you frustrated and hungry with such ridiculous wait times.

AND I AM AFRICAN AMERICAN AND WAS COMPLETELY OBERLOOKED AND HISPANIC GUESTS WERE SEATED AND SPOKEN TOO BEFORE I WAS.......THEY SHOULD CLOSE THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I’m shocked at what BWW has become. It must be going out of business. They are out of most drinks, service is terrible, no forks! Messed up our order and then brought us the wrong order 20 min later. Terrible food, salty, Hard, dry, and don’t care. We’ll never come back. This is what happens when they can’t afford minimum wage and must be going out of business.
