I do not recommend coming to this Carl's Jr. at all especially at night. The manager refused to take my order the way I wanted it I ordered a taco salad and she said she was out of taco shells so she could not make me the salad then I requested to make the salad without the taco shell instead add nacho chips. She said that's basically the nachos when it's not because nachos do not come with lettuce then I asked her if she had any Junior burgers she said that's the only burger we have. when I asked her about why she could not make my taco salad the way I want it she replied with I can't do it because I have to count inventory then the inventory will come out short on chips. That is not my problem that is her problem and if she had to charge me she could just charge me for the chips but she chose not to make my order so I had to cancel my order and leave a hungry person, when I just got out of work, really hungry, wanting some Carls Junior instead I had to go to McDonald's bad service and rude if I could give them a zero star I would. I will most definitely be talking to the manager in the morning about her. Then I ask for her name and she refused to give it to me. If you are going to this carls Junior I don't recommend it especially at night happened at 03/03/24 at 9:10pm unprofessional.

The place is good open on some holidays unlike other restaurants or they are open and then close nice service very friendly workers and I recommend the tendersParking: Parking is good but their isn't that much parking for the actual restaurant but the laundry place next to the restaurant is good for parking and it's not that far from the restaurant

Don't come here unless you wanna risk getting sick from the food. Still remember a year ago when I came here and then at night I had the runs and stomache pain.

Ordered a Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich on drive-thru they told me to wait in the front, 10 minutes passed and no-one came out, and had to walk inside to retrieve my order. Upon opening the bag my sandwich was literally 3 pickles and chicken between two buns, no lettuce and tomatoes, not even sauce. Seriously, avoid this place. Dont waste your money, go to McDonald's nearby instead. Funny thing was, the manager was the one who took my order. Fucking failure. But I blame myself for expecting anything above decent service from less than competent people behind the drive thru window.

Food was terribly done wrong and on purpose Service was horrible a young guy and young girl maybe early 20s were laughing and playing around too much I highly recommend that you stay away from this place and if you have a bad experience please take photos of your food and call corporate. I didn't want to be that guy but I call the restaurant trying to resolve the issue but they kept playing on the phone and laughing and giving out fake names
