Cho Dang Tofu, now known as Jang Su Jang, is a popular restaurant that has moved to a new location on Sepulveda Boulevard in Torrance. Customers continue to enjoy the restaurant's delicious food and quick service, with the hot stone bibimbap and kimchi beef tofu soup with egg remaining customer favorites. The banchan, or side dishes, are also well-liked, although some customers have noted a decline in quality since the restaurant's merger with Da Maat. Despite the name change and location update, Jang Su Jang still offers the soondubu, or soft tofu soup, that was previously considered the best at Cho Dang Tofu. The restaurant also serves a variety of other Korean dishes, including the dolsot bibimbap and acorn noodles, which are appreciated by regular customers for their quality and taste.
