I brought my little cousin for his birthday. No one else was really there so it was great he had a good time. He was able to run around play all the games he wanted without any one in his way. We went around the evening time around 7:00 p.m.

Made phone call to get updated on the do's and don't 's. Understood. We arrived step up at our tables and told to move by staff. Staff was not on one accord. Manager spoke with us but just listened and didn't really want to do anything to apologize or appease us. This was after hours of being there and we had to ask for him when he knew the situation. Customer always right. Make the customer happy if you can . We were waiting. Finally he took the babies cards erased their points and added like 15 minutes. As if...waste of our time. Babies really didn't know except when it came to receive toys. Food wasn't that great. Salad bar poor.

Went here at 4pm on a Thursday, it was fantastic with Noone in there. We had the Games all to ourselves. I loved it. I'm 50 and like the fact I didn't have to wait for any Games to play. The Games were clean and all around Clean every where else.

Today I arrived with my children, we spent more than 10 minutes waiting for them to come and give us the stamp and to be able to enter, at the time of departure there was no one and we left like this without any inspection, I liked to go because it is assumed that a stranger cannot leave With other children I took mine out and no one checked that's not right it's not safe

I just moved to the city of Lawndale and was looking for a place that my daughter and I could spend time together. First of all, I've in the hospitality industry for 10+ years so I'm very detail oriented, Zed was patient with me and my daughter when it came to asking questions regarding the menu and ordering.My mistake was ordering a personal pizza that came with 6 slices. Lol when my buzzard rang, it really was a personal pizza for a 4 yr old lol. Aaron from the kitchen probably saw my gave when I saw the tiny pizza and right away knew it was too small. Literally read my mind when he offered the size up and I couldn't have thanked him enough..rare for cook's to interact with guests but he made my daughters evening.. The manager, Darlene.. Nothing smiles and didn't hesitate with the guest recovery. Positive attitude and good energy with my experienceI will definitely be coming back soon, especially being local. Thanks again guys!!
It was disappointing, it's very expensive and there's nothing modern about it, just a big screen ? buy 6 wings for $20 dollars, they must be very bad ?? I won't return and I don't recommend them, even the workers are
