One of Chuck E’s host was incredibly sweet to my daughter, who is on the autism spectrum, while Chuck E performed his “Birthday Star Spectacular” performance for the birthday children. She was very patient when my daughter wanted to follow Chuck throughout the time he was out, and even made her feel as if she was a part of the performance.

It isn't as crazy as I remember years ago. Maybe I came early not sure. It has been YEARS! But the line to try to order is ridiculous. 1 register open and the line is down to the door. No check ins for kids and parents. Unless you flag someone down. We walked in with no stamp since we were waiting for a while.
Great first experience with my son a few weeks ago. Clean place with great customer service. Plenty of parking which was nice. Not super far from me but a good drive. Highly recommend for a good time with your kids, I know me and mine will be back.

Chuck E. Cheese is a fun spot for a great time, with a variety of games and activities for all ages. The pizza is crispy and delicious, although the salad bar could be improved. The trampoline zone is a highlight, with immaculate conditions and attentive staff. The main arcade is also enjoyable, despite some machines being down, which are actively being repaired. The staff is friendly and helpful, keeping the place clean. While some aspects, like timed arcade pricing and ticket requirements, might be frustrating, this location does its best to provide an enjoyable experience.
It's not like it used to be. The control over the new jungle gym and the trampoline is great, but they need to make sure that everyone has a clear understanding of how things work. There have been concerns about cleanliness, with some visitors feeling that the place smells dirty and that more staff and cleaning protocols are needed to prevent illness. Improving sanitation and ensuring consistent disinfecting could help make the environment safer and more enjoyable. Overall, the facility continues to offer fun activities and good food, but attention to hygiene and clearer instructions would enhance the experience for all guests.
