There was a guy with glasses, I think his name was Frank or Hank, he was helpful.The gal who was the cashier was super nice and welcoming. “First time here. Had reservations and saw a line out the door. After checking in we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had our table set aside and it was the last table available. That was nice. We started off with the lobster ravioli which was very good. I then ordered the chicken cacciatore and my wife had the penne ala vodka. Both were very good, the sauces were delicious. For dessert we shared a tiramisu which also was delicious. Our waiter was fantastic, we brought our own wine and he opened and poured for us and kept an eye on us thru the meal. “We live at Kaia, la Bella Napoli is our favorite spot to walk to. Pizza is very delicious, way better than anything out there. Crunchy and thin, it will be greasy but that's where the flavor is in. Amazing customer service, very kind and helpful. Clean and cozy area to eat. Would def recommend it to our neighbors. The meatballs had this freshness to them. “Their pizza is really good, all the ingredients are super fresh. They go kind of light on the sauce so I order it with extra sauce. Whenever I indulge and eat pizza, I make sure that I eat salad to balance things out. Their salad is the bomb! “I have very high standards with pizza and most of it in California is garbage, I’m sorry. I had a calzone so although it was not pizza I’ll critique it as if it was. The crust was good, the cheese and pepperoni were great. The sauce…uh…well, it wasn’t bad. It had a touch of sweetness to it that I assume many customers love and they should continue if it works for them but I prefer a more tomato-y taste. Next time, I’ll try the pizza to see if it is different. I also had the spaghetti. That was far better. The meatballs were kicking like Jackie Chan. By the way, the garlic bread was HUGE!!“

“I ended up placing an order online for pick up for one of their specials (2 or more medium 3 topping pizzas for 8.99/ea). I chose the option to have my pizzas delivered to my car that way I wasn't having to wait inside as it is a small place. I love the texting feature to let them know of your arrival. They also have this "2 minute guarantee timer" that starts when your order shows it is ready. Well, I ended up getting a free pizza on a future visit cause they did not meet their target time. I felt that was unnecessary because it came out very quickly but I appreciate the gesture and are so customer service oriented, even when the delivery person came out she was so nice and polite. As for the pizza, it was mediocre at best but their customer service and time guarantee is where they really shine.“
