“We had a great dining experience at Urban Plates in Long Beach. Mariana explained the menu choices in a very unrushed manner, and we decided on the steak. I ordered the Chimichurri grass-fed steak with balsamic brussel sprouts and herb-roasted potatoes. All of it was delicious ( and healthy too!). The deserts were absolutely killer too. We will definitely eat here again next time we're in Long Beach.“

“Every Table meal subscription is amazing. Delicious, healthy foods at a very fair price. 5 dinners only $38. The best part is my area has brick and mortar stores where I just walk in and buy my meal prep for the week...Meals cooked in a local kitchen by real chefs with local fresh ingredients. I'm busy all the time and although I love cooking it's hard to cook for just one person. The majority of meals are 600 calories or less. An easy way for me to stay in my calorie deficit. I just had the chicken schwarma bowl and it was soooo good. Tasted just like a home cooked meal. Highly recommend“

“First time trying their poke but it was so refreshing in this summer heat! Tried their Signature Poke and a tea which came well portioned in terms of protein and had a nice amount of sauce. Cost-wise it is a little bit on the more expensive side for a poke bowl so I don’t know if I would come here often. A nice thing to try once!“

The food at Nordstroms, plural, always comes well made and much fancier than its price, though the price is not cheap. They use good ingredients in my opinion and I would highly recommend trying the Nicoise Salmon Salad“

“I was in a while ago and Z (Zee....something) was the most friendly and helpful associate you could imagine. I was torn between going here and Urban Plates or a diner on the beach, but dang am I glad I went here. Truly, truly above and beyond. Food is probably a 4 or 4.5, but was great. Atmosphere was normal and clean--tables, bathroom and general area. Would love it if you would expand to Oregon and Washington. Thanks Z and team M Farms.“

“I recently had a craving for a Quiznos sandwich, and this location was so convenient since it's right next to Walmart. I decided to stop by, and I'm really glad I did.
It was wonderful to see what feels like a family-owned business. I know it's a franchise, but the owners and staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their friendly service really stood out and made the visit even more enjoyable.
I ordered the Black Angus Steak sandwich, the Turkey Bacon Guacamole sandwich, and a bowl of soup. Everything was delicious! It's becoming harder and harder to find sandwich shops that still serve soup, so that was a pleasant surprise. Even though the weather was warm, the soup was comforting and full of flavor.
The sandwiches were fresh, carefully prepared, and tasted fantastic. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food.
Great food is always appreciated, but exceptional customer service is what makes a place memorable. I would highly recommend this Quiznos location to anyone looking for a delicious meal and genuinely friendly service. I'll definitely be coming back!“

Ordered a Combination Pizza and a Margherita. Both were solid and the crust was cooked almost perfectly with a good crunch and good carriage, with only a slight flop. I did order extra sauce on the Combination, and it was not there. Had more sauce been added the rating would be a 4.5 Stars as it was slightly dry.“

“Tried the new Summer Bowl and honestly really liked it. The flavors were fresh and balanced, not too heavy or over-seasoned, and the temperature of the ingredients was just right. I actually liked the food more than CAVA. It felt cleaner and easier to eat.

The service was the weak point. No one greeted me when I walked in, and the team seemed to be chatting with each other. I also had to ask before anyone helped me with my pickup order. CAVA feels a lot more welcoming on that side.

Kind of a bummer because the food was great. If the service felt a little more attentive, I’d probably come here a lot more often.“

“If you're visiting The Habit Burger Grill, do yourself a favor and try the Santa Barbara Char. It quickly became one of my favorite burgers on the menu. The combination of two chargrilled beef patties, fresh avocado, caramelized onions, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo served on grilled sourdough bread makes every bite flavorful and satisfying.

The burger is juicy, well-balanced, and the grilled sourdough gives it a unique texture that sets it apart from a typical cheeseburger. The ingredients taste fresh, and the chargrilled flavor really stands out.

If it's your first time here, I highly recommend giving the Santa Barbara Char a chance—you won't be disappointed.

“There’s a good reason why this spot expanded so fast since starting in Long Beach back in 2013—their food is honestly addictive! Shoutout to Jan behind the counter/kitchen for keeping things running smoothly.
First off, the plain fries are absolute perfection. Whatever oil they cook them in makes them taste homemade, hitting that exact sweet spot between not too soggy and not too crispy. They’re so flavorful you don’t even need sauce.
We ordered the small Lemon Pepper Buffalo Fries with the special sauce on the side. Even on their own, the lemon pepper chicken bites are phenomenal, but dipping them into that extra creamy sauce on the side takes it to another level entirely. Hands down, this completely tops traditional wing spots. If you're craving boneless wings or loaded fries, give them a try—you won't be disappointed! And you can't give everything a five stars but this really does have five stars. I'll be back“

“This is the most highly rated place for gluten free pizza in the area and I now see why. Staff was very familiar with what was needed to prevent cross contamination. Dough shaper was cleaned prior to use with the gluten free crust. Separate sauce for the gluten free pizza. Cooked on a mat to prevent cross contamination in the oven. Separate utensils to cut and handle the gluten free pizzas. The pizza tasted great and I did not have a reaction.“
