I was in the area for an event, and wanted to purchase Lotto tickets for a big upcoming jackpot. Circus Donuts fit the bill. It's an old school donut shop - stuffy, not glistening clean like Krispy Kreme, classic donuts and not the fancy artisan donuts all the craze these days.
My overall opinion of Circus Donuts is that it is a solid choice for donuts & coffee. I was just interested in purchasing Lotto, and in that, satisfied my need.

Circus Donuts offers a variety of donuts, with some being super moist like the coconut and white frosting ones. The store may need some upkeep, with worn-out seats and signage. The service is efficient, despite limited English from the staff. While the donuts may not be the absolute best, they are worth the price and better than some others out there. The shop can get busy in the mornings, but there is plenty of available parking.
