Grew up coming here. Back in the day you’d walk in to 5+ people working together and they’d sing if you tipped. Today, you’re lucky to get your order in under 25 minutes with only two employees who PRIORITIZE pick up orders/delivery drivers. You wait and wait in line while driver after driver comes in and get their ice cream made in front of you. I imagine the people who ordered are sitting at home enjoying their lives, paying more to have it delivered, AND cut the line above everyone who drove there to wait. That’s America now, right? The poor young employees were struggling to juggle the line and the pick-ups, they couldn’t even close on time. No more for me. I’ll just buy carton ice cream at Target.

The one in the del amo mall is gonzo. So really I should give them a 0, since there was nothing to review.

Walked in and there were 2 servers working on orders. They must have been pickups because there was no customers in store. I waited as the male server was talking with the girl server. I stood waiting for someone to take my order. Finally the male asked if I was picking up a online order. I told him I was ordering now. He showed no empathy, non pleasant. No smile. Like a robot. I bought a like it and a love it. He didn't mix my ice cream correctly. I needed to request he mix my ice cream and I asked for a little bit more of one ingredient. He quoted the board which said $1.09 per ingredient. When I got home, I was told by family that Cold Stones lets you have one ingredient. On my receipt, he charged me for both my ingredients. I received no "free ingredient". So instead of $13 my order was close to $20. It's not only important to mechanically get the order right, but show some softness and smile to the customer. Neither was accomplished.

Just wanted to leave another update regarding my previous review. So, no repose whatsoever from the company just like in store. Apparently They do not care. Still upset with the terrible service, lack of knowledge and responsibility. Zero stars for this location and company.

Stopped in to get some ice cream after a long day. The nice lady that was serving me was very friendly. She made the whole experience extra pleasant. She allowed me to take my time deciding what I wanted and she even gave me some recommendations on what a lot of people order that she thinks is good. In the end I decided to go with her pick and it was great. The location is clean and the ice cream is good.
The ice cream was good. The two men working the store at night played offensive rap music very loud. I can appreciate some rap but this was too offensive for a family ice cream store. I asked them to change it and consider the guests experience. The employee changed the music to something a little less offensive, however, it was still inappropriate. After I payed for my item I spoke to the young man about music selections in a public business. I don't think he agreed with my assessment.

This is the best ice cream I have ever had!! The service was absolutely AMAZING and the fine young lady Kaylin was absolutely helpful and very kind to me when I was there!! The atmosphere was very welcoming and happy!
