Walked in and there were 2 servers working on orders. They must have been pickups because there was no customers in store. I waited as the male server was talking with the girl server. I stood waiting for someone to take my order. Finally the male asked if I was picking up a online order. I told him I was ordering now. He showed no empathy, non pleasant. No smile. Like a robot. Grew up coming here. Back in the day you’d walk in to 5+ people working together and they’d sing if you tipped. Today, you’re lucky to get your order in under 25 minutes with only two employees who PRIORITIZE pick up orders/delivery drivers. You wait and wait in line while driver after driver comes in and get their ice cream made in front of you.
