The portions are meek. Second time ordering here. Ordered four the 'Del' taco with sour cream and the amount of meat was of a snack taco. And hardly sour cream. Please fix this

A big take out order, a few minor mistakes, nothing too bad. I ordered a large drink w no ice & got a cup of ice w a little drink on top. The manager dude KNOWS me, so 2 days later when I asked for a free replacement, he should have handed me a cup. Instead he rang up $4, then tried to make me feel bad for having to cancel it. Not going back after that. Leadership is everything, so either it's him or his boss that allows all the problems there.

We were at d l taco Sepulveda and me and my mom ordered the 3 piece chicken box and our fries were cold so we tried to get the fries replaced but Juan a worker their said no even though all we did was eat one fry so he kept on denying us until this woman came and said the same thing so me and my mom left the drive through and tried to go through the door but they locked it

I uber eat ordered a Dr. Pepper, carne asada queasadilla, fries meal and a taco.1. I received coke a cola, chicken queasadilla instead.2. All food was cold!3. Only the taco was correct and it was cold.I live literally 10 minutes away. Not even steam in the wrapping from the delivery.I do not recommend this place at all. I'm sure they do this to enough people, their profit margins will tank.Thank you uber eats for refunding.

Went in around 1030 on a Tuesday morning, ordered about $15 worth of food and I asked to use the Restroom. The manager told me the restroom was out of service. Which was a lie because I saw one of the employees go in a little while after I asked. Don't appreciate being lied to. I'm tired of everyone still using COVID-19 as an excuse to be lazy. So I had to walk to the restaurant across the way just to wash my hands. Also the self serve soda machine is "closed". If a restaurant can't afford to have a self serve soda machine, they should just close their doors.
