I've heard in the neighborhood and been told by neighbors : the female owner and one of her female daughters are very rude to some customers and are temperamental! I thought hmmmm as I've never had that encounter! HOWEVER! : Today that knowledge was confirmed by me! I walked in and the female owner appeared to be visibly mad and short tempered that I a customer simply walked in for bagels... the energy was evil.... I thought to ask. What's wrong are you okay? She had a short disdain response , "I've been working hard"... I was shocked the way her attitude was displaying in her behaviors towards me a customer! I asked her if I can help.. as I know government resources that can provide her with free interns and volunteers... Her response was to ignore me..... "So unfortunate"... I told her no thank you for the bagels and simply walked out....... for she had no idea the hardship or the loss I may have had in my day as I wanted to start it off with a bagel... I remind all: show self control, civility and love to others especially customers as a business owner in a community in which it's the customers that keep your business going! I work hard for my "money" and I will not pay for nor support anything with bad service!

Bagels are delicious! They wrap them up as you leave too so when you drive to work they're still warm! Donuts are good as well. My coworkers ask where I bought them from whenever I surprise them with a dozen. Really happy this shop exist. God bless those hard workers

There's many places to buy a coffee and a donut & I've been coming here for 3 months to buy a medium coffee & their Canadian Creme donut; this donut is hard to find. Pretty straightforward service & always gave a tip. Today, I was on a budget & I could only afford a coffee & maybe a dollar donut. I saw the donut holes (dozen for $2.50). I asked if I could get 6 for $1.25. She shooked her head no & was so rude in her tone of voice. This cashier (older lady) had served me before. I bought a coffee instead but I won't be returning. Customer Service is the key for happy customers & successful businesses.

I go to this spot because they are one of the few places that make croissnuts (croissant & donut hybrid), which are DELICIOUS!! Reviews say staff is rude but I've never had an issue. The rest of their selection is good too.

I enjoyed the breakfast bagels. I ordered the egg, sausage, and cheese. It was made fresh to order. I would come again just for that. Very delicious!

Vietnamese coffee is just cheap cold brew. Ordered 2 donuts and an egg sandwich. Both donuts were very stale, and eggs are clearly microwaved and much of the egg was a greenish grey color. This order was really bad.

The lady in this shop is so rude. I went in to buy a dozen bagels and the sign says $.50 extra for cheese and jalapeño bagels which she had stated. My total for an entire dozen of bagels came out to $27.28 when they advertised 14.99 for a dozen. I paid and left wondering why i was charged so much but when I looked at my receipt I saw that she charged me separately for 2 jalapeño and and 2 cheese at $12 then she charged me 9.99 for a half dozen bagels, and then $5 for 2 separate bagels. I went back, and when I questioned her about it she told me she already said she was going to charge me separately for the jalapeño and cheese bagels. I was like no you said it was extra. Then she said I'm not charging you $.50 extra what do you wanna do? I'm like ok, I don't want these then. Give me my money back. She then proceeded to argue with me about how she told me she was going to charge me separately, and if i had touched any of the bagels, i was like no, I didn't... she said i needed to wait while she helped the other paying customers. I wasn't in there to argue so i waited. Listen, i have no problem helping out a small business to thrive but when you have an attitude and openly ripping a customer off like that it's a deal breaker for me. I wasn't even going to ask for my money back, but I'm glad I did. I'm just one customer, she seemed busy enough to me but she won't be seeing me back there again.

This lady is so rude that runs this donut shop , I rather have my service refused than to risk a Heath Issue over a mean lady taking my money first then serving me with such bad hospitality , beware for this behavior that I see un sanitary . I'll never go back there again to stay clear if this serious issue .
Fantastic fresh, fresh bagels. Got jalapeño and cheddar toasted. Beats Einstein any day. Kids had great normal sprinkle donuts. They loved them. Fast efficient service. Thank you!

Owner does seem stuck up and chooses only who she wants to smile to in a customer, 2nd time I visited the place ordered a mango smoothie and she made something that is a coffee smoothie and instead of apologizing, she even told her daughter or whoever the young lady with tattoos that she swears she heard a different order. That was on July 12 and today…July 13 I went back to buy food and smoothies, and unintentionally not even to close to the cash register, she said with a nagging look… “customer has to pay” she could have just say excuse me sir would you kindly move to the side so my other customer could pay. The old lady’s customer service towards me sucks.

Just happened to be passing by so stopped in to test out some doughnuts. Got a red velvet and an apple fritter. The red velvet was moist and the apple fritter was nice n soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Just as it should be. So far so good. Will be back to try more of their stuff.

I don't know why there are no bagel shops in my area. This was the closest. Fortunately, it did not disappoint! I just wanted a toasted garlic bagel with cream cheese. I loved the crunchiness of the toasted garlic and the bagel was cooked just right. Glad I went! This is now my go-to bagel place.

This place is horrible if I could give it one star I would. I purchased a dozen donuts on post mates, and they were all hard as heck and had a Nasty taste. I couldn't believe they would sell those they were non-edible. Thankfully I was able to get a refund.
