Worst experience of discrimination I have ever experienced! I went for the first time with a few friends. 2 friends are deaf 1 is hearing and I am hard of hearing. We use sign language to communicate.
Our deaf friend had a question for the waitress (old very thin lady with short grey hair) my hearing friend said she would interpret. As she was signing and my friend was interrupting this waitress walked away from our table at least 4 different times!! She never once even acknowledged the presence of my deaf friend or that she was even trying to ask a question!! The question was simply if they had nutrition guide as she is a type 1 diabetic and needs to take meds so needs to know carb count!! She was very rude in her answer. We ordered our food and as she was asking my hearing friend what my deaf friend was ordering mind you never acknowledged her or looked at her when my hearing friend had to sign which bread she wanted the waitress just walked away again!! Finally got our order in and the food was fine but just put a bad vibe for me!! I will say the gentleman filling our coffees was great and really nice. I have never been around or seen a person treat someone so disrespectful as if they were not there and did not exist as this woman treated my deaf friend. Needless to say I definitely will never be back and will not recommend it to anyone!! Hopefully your management will teach some basic patience and etiquette to this waitress.

Today I purchased a croissant bacon egg and cheese sandwich & coffee (to-go) asked not to add the hash brown, I ended up paying $12.50 for just the sandwich that wasn’t even good, I didn’t know it came with mayo because the owner didn’t specify, he showed me the order and I’m like “ oh where’s the coffee? “ he said “oh I didn’t charge you” he’s says it’s $3.50. So I ended up paying $18 added $2 tip to the $12.50 for a wack croissant sandwich and nasty coffee. Taking a break from this spot, it’s too overpriced as well.
Service and atmosphere is great here . Come early to beat the rush. But trust me it's worth the wait
Wow, Eat At Ruby's is some of the best food I have eaten! The service was exceptional, and I will be back.
Very friendly atmosphere and the food tastes great
Great place to get breakfast. Homemade biscuits and gravy are outstanding. All the staff over very attentive and friendly. Can’t really go wrong here. Personally I eat here once every week or two.
Awesome spots for good comfort food. Definitely a great place to go for breakfast. I highly recommend stopping in!
Nice morning breakfast.
I was not informed that I was being charged for refills on over priced coffee

What an amazing Mom and Pop restaurant. Food is made from scratch. Fantastic flavors. Huge servings. Fantastic friendly service. Amazing ambiance. 5 stars isn't enough.
Amazing food and service!

I absolutely adored the staff, they were attentive and friendly. Made the whole experience amazing. The food was great, the open time is convenient. It’s a small hole in the wall type of place, maybe 10 tables. I highly recommend. The menu isn’t small and at the same time not overwhelming. They have a daily specials menu too. Will be returning. I didn’t ask, but I think it may be family owned. 💕💕
We love supporting local establishments, not corporate America. Rudy’s is awesome, old school service and terrific food.
We had a time pinch and asked about service time, 5-7 minutes, and they were not kidding.
We found our breakfast stop for the next few mornings.
I highly recommend Rudy’s!!
Good Breakfast. May I say service is extraordinary. Jean is amazing ! There is also an older man that was very kind! Thank you!!!
