I have read the reviews from some of the Google reviewers.. and I can agree to some of the complaints. BUT! I can disagree with 2 complaints. Let's start with the customer service as some complained.. I did go one time & it wasn't the best experience, but hear me out! The place was understaffed & someone had called off.I was greeted by genie soft spoken nice young lady.I explained my issues about waiting & she quickly explained & I understood life...

The employees at this Pollo Loco are always better at helping us and right now with the kiosks it is difficult. They help us and keep the lobby clean, especially the very nice lady who makes burritos, she is my friend, I don't know her name. He is my friend
