I usually order the chicken sandwich (sometimes I get it grilled; sometimes crispy), a side of onion rings (ask for extra ketchup), and sometimes an additional side. The food, service, and atmosphere, which encompasses the overall value of the experience, is 5-stars.
It's been destroyed and closed for years, and everything still looks almost exactly like it did the day after the kitchen fire that ruined it was extinguished. There has only been very minor clean-up, and no indication at all that they'll either rebuild it or tear everything down and sell the location. I get sad every time I drive by since the place was a pretty regular mainstay restaurant for my family when our kids were little.
I loved this place, but the fire happened, and 9 wished they could reopen, but they didn't, any I moved away to ohio, and I didn't see any other locations here si it's sad seeing a master piece being closed
