First time coming here and I have to admit it was so good and juicy. My favorite out of the dish was the rice. I come from out of state and coming here as a tourist it was so delicious. I will come back this way again when I am in town

Pretty good overall, but the soup was less salty than I remember and it wasn't as good as I remember

I usually don’t drink all the soup from Japanese ramen cuz it’s too rich and overwhelming, but here I drank it all. The seasoning was just right, it was DELICIOUS!😋

Favorite ramen in the USA 10/10. Always used to go to Costa Mesa location before they closed 💔

Food and portion sizes for the price were great, and our server Jade tonight was phenomonal, she's everything a server should be! Haven't had a service experience so pleasant in a long time; refills (especially on water) were so consistent, she was great about providing recommendations for newcomers, is a natural at building relationships with customers, and it never felt like she was unreachable despite being consistently packed on Halloween night. It really makes you remember the experience and want to come back! Hakata is definitely going on my list of restaurants to return to. BTW I was surprised to see they had a Halloween special for spicy ramen being half off, they were great about communicating about the deal and options available, that was a pleasant surprise too!
Great food!! Fresh!

This is one of my favorite tonkotsu in the entire LA area.
So sad the one in Little Tokyo area near Downtown closed.
I love the noodle itself. It tastes really fresh.
The tonkotsu broth itself is very refined. I will go either way middle flavor and extra firm noodles. The middle flavor is just ok. Not too intense.
The shoyu I tried. Middle flavor is going to taste too salty. I’ll go one notch down.
Always order kaedama here. Really one of the best tasting noodles.
$15 for ramen is why I come here. Most reasonably priced ramen with authentic taste.

The fish broth ramen was really good. The noodles were perfectly firm. The spicy miso soup was rich and tasty. The bamboo shoots tasted good; usually it's a mess sometimes at other restaurants. The egg had a good flavor.

Good ramen place! They have a spicy version called the god fire ramen with different levels. I've only tried level 1 and 2 (the lighter options) and will say level 1 is tolerable with a retention of the ramen flavors while not making you want to down a picture of water. Level two makes you want to drink water more frequently and is the limit of my tolerance. Overall the ramen is very good and flavorful! I would and have come back multiple times.

Possibly one of the best Tonkotsu ramen in SoCal, and I've been to lots of ramen places. Better than Afuri, Tatsu, Shin-Sen-Gumi, Nagi, Daikokuya, & others. On par with Tsujita, Tatsunoya & Hironori but different. And the Karaage is to die for.
