I would give it 3.5 stars because I think the place is acceptable but I rounded it up to four. I've gone a couple times when I crave Chinese takeout and want to support mom and pops instead of Panda Express.I think the food they give you is a lot for the price and the spicy salt fish is pretty good and unique item not typically at takeout places. Was originally going to the restaurant next door, but Chinese sounded better. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. They run an HONEST business and I will be coming back for more.
I had a good experience at Hong Kong Express Chinese fast restaurant in Gardena.They offered the best chicken teriyaki and the orange chicken.It came with the fried rice andtasty chowmein. It was a big portion.I really enjoyed their food.Also, they had the outside dining, soyou could eat outside too.Their service was fast, and they werefriendly, too.It was a good experience which I had at the Hong Kong Express Chinese fast food restaurant.
