Always a pleasure eating here but there’s a consistent issue: the napkin is always placed directly on top of the burger, and it ends up melted into the cheese. Today I specifically asked for the napkin to be placed at the bottom of the bag, and not only was it still stuck to the cheese, but the burger was packed on its side. It shouldn’t take extra effort to avoid paper glued to my food. This is basic packaging quality that needs attention.
Grew up in Torrance, have been coming here my whole life. Normally the food and service are 5 stars. Tonight, it was pretty busy. The reason for the one star in service: Sariah needs an attitude adjustment. Gave us an unapologetic, passive aggressive vibe. Double-double with no onions, Animal fries and chocolate shake. It was a bit too much food, so I saved the fries for breakfast.
In&Out serves honest food and super service with a smile in a clean brightly-lit dining area. $30 for two is the most I'm willing to pay for this casual dining experience. Due to the high prices for fast food these days, I'll probably limit to visiting once a month.
