I placed a mobile order here on Saturday night during business hours & when I arrived to pickup the store was closed. I was never refunded for the order I didn't get. Don't order at this one because you might not get it.

I ordered a bowl and asked for no coconut. Of course they put coconut anyway. I asked them to fix it and they were going to make a new one. I said just take the coconut off the top and remake the top part which she did. When I got back to my office there was still some coconut on it but the bananas were brown and the smoothie was all melted. Worst Jamba juice I have ever had and I have had a lot of them. I threw half of it in the trash. Since zero stars is not an option........

Came here to get a smoothie and cold brew but they don't carry the cold brew at this location :( it would've been good to know that beforehand. I got a matcha instead. They called my smoothie out to me when it was ready, I saw my matcha ready sitting further back behind some things on the counter, but I had to wait another few minutes for the employee to let me know it was ready even though it was ready at the same time as the smoothie. The matcha also upset my stomach after drinking it all sadly, which has never happened to me after drinking matcha.

This Jamba Juice location does not support local area school fundraising (but they have their fliers on their wall). They will not accept the BOGO cards on the app. I found that out when I ordered and tried to pay. I will not be coming back to this specific Jamba Juice, there are plenty other Jamba Juice locations in the vicinity.Reply to "response from the owner":The employee at this location stated that the OWNER was the one deciding that they will NOT accept the BOGO cards, not Jamba Juice. Other Jamba Juice in the area uses the BOGO. This is an OWNER's decision. Sad the OWNER pushed it to Jamba Juice Corporate.

If you got at least 30 minutes to burn & wait for a drink with only 2 customers in front of you come here. You can also enjoy watching the workers move at a snails pace while the line begins to extend out the door & down the hallway while they act as if no one's there.

This is the place where I go weekly because of my grandkids. It's refreshing and most delicious. There are a variety of drinks here. My other favorite place for a healthy choice. The staff here is friendly and professional.

Went to this location at 8:15pm. They close at 9pm. When we arrived it looked like it was closed. They had all the lights turned off. When I went to check the door it was open. They also don't offer any fresh squeezed juices. They had already cleaned the machines. Why stay open til 9 if you want to close and clean the machines before. Guess they really don't want the business and that's why all the lights were off!!!!
The workers are very professional and very nice. The only thing is that it went under new management and now it seems like the new Owner does not supply enough product for the week or the day or however they supply the store. They are always low on product. The location is 21213 Hawthorne Blvd., Ste. C, Torrance, California

Size of the Belgian waffle parfait is terrible. Half the size of what it should be. Complained and the guy just said yeah it's small and walked off. Never coming back to this one.

As a former employee of jamba, i would like to say i have high standards and this location seems to always meet or exceed them :) The smoothies and delicious and the employees are always kind and helpful (especially the girl working the register). Thank you for the recommendation Justin you are amazing at what you do and the excellent customer service.Tiffany thank you for always assisting me and making my drinks, they always come out amazing !!For anyone who goes here, there is plenty of parking space available, the employees are awesome and ask for recommendations if you’ve never been here.They also have the app, make sure you download the app to safe money and get additional promos.
