Hidden jem for lunch specials, I recommend getting one of their take out lunch combos, chicken or salmon teriyaki and tempura combo is my go-to. Comes with the main choice, sticky rice, various tempura vegetables and two tempura shrimp, tempura dipping sauce, miso soup, and a side salad, all for like $13, and it's very fresh and delicious! Closed Mondays though.

This place is a staple of the South Bay. I have been coming here for 25 years. Friendly and fun, sushi is fresh, but inside is dated and needs a refresh on decor and tables.

My husband and I went your restaurant on 10/6/2023. We both order dinner combo which are SA and Something like CB can’t remember the beef was not cooked I having diarrhea for two days. I am not say anything. But wish you keep good food like before. Please.

Went out to dinner tonight and has the worst service ever.The food used to be amazing but since it is no longer owned by original owner the whole atmosphere has change.Small portion..understaffed no refill in drinks (they do do even come back to ck if everything is ok.Forgotten drinks to food that was ordered not showing up.Way overpriced and overall will never return..so sad this place used to be one of the best.

What impressed me was that the calamari sauce was mentaiko sauce? in! ! ! ! ! This sauce was absolutely delicious! ! The pork cutlet meat was very thick and juicy! The sashimi was also fresh and delicious! sea ​​bream? The white fish was especially delicious. Since it costs $36, I thought it would be even better if they had lean tuna! When you eat Soft Shell Crab, do you get a little tap water at the first bite? It has a smell like ?, but when you bite into it, it's soft, meaty, and delicious! Negitoromaki is the best! Customer service was also quick and polite!

Total 5 star capability if the tables were updated and lined up well when pushed together.But with that said, the food is all great. The attitude of the workers is wonderful. Service is prompt for the things that can be. We love Honda. The greeting you get when you enter puts a smile on my face each time.Casua,l low key, and So Goooood!

Omakase all the way here! Went here on a whim bc we had seen it in passing before. Had the 3 kiddos with us and the sign said reservations were required so we were a little disappointed at first. But they said they could take us and were super accommodating. My husband and I asked to do omakase not knowing if it was an option either and they delivered! Each serving was delicious..fish was tender and melt in your mouth. The house hot sake was also on point. The kids also did well with their individual orders (salmon sashimi, blue fin & yellowfin toro nigiri, grilled Japanese mackerel w/rice, soft shell crab, calamari) and ate it up! Sooooo goooooood! Thank you for such a great experience. (It's not cheap but you get what you pay for here -- high quality sushi)

I have visited this restaurant many times. They recently remodeled, and while it looks ok, seating is less comfortable than it used to be. The food has always been very good. For that reason I am putting my burned salmon teriyaki down as a fluke.
