One of the best ramens in LA! I love their shoyu and jyosui ramen. It’s light and refreshing, yet full of depth, and I just can’t stop eating. The noodles are medium-thick, pleasantly chewy, and absolutely delicious. Karaage and gyoza are also really good. The price is also really affordable! I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful ramen with a great and light flavor that manages to be delicious without being overwhelming! Good atmosphere and the parking isn’t too bad as well. Service is excellent and I will definitely come back when I next get the chance!

I checked out Josui Ramen after a friend recommended it and saw it had solid reviews. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The broth was way too salty for my taste, and the chicken karaage appetizer was dry and overly seasoned. Service was disappointing since I had to wave several times just to get the server’s attention, which made the whole experience feel a bit neglected. At nearly $50 for two bowls, it just didn’t feel worth it. If you’re looking for better ramen, I’d go with Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai because their broth is much more balanced and the noodles have that perfect firm, chewy texture.

Do not eat here at the last 1-2 hours before closing. It’s either the cooks are tired to make the vegan ramen good or they take the last of the bottom of the pot and don’t givva! The greens were not fresh. Soggy salad. The vegan ramen -creamy broth was clumpy and thick not soup like. It was like pasta sauce and not soupy at all. My table thought I ordered pasta not ramen tbh! It made my stomach hurt and I used to visit and enjoy it. After being and feeling sick and the way it was served yesterday. I don’t want to go back.
